“上海音乐学院来华留学生奖助学金”是上海音乐学院为外国留学生设立的专项奖学金，旨在吸引、鼓励优秀的外国留学生到上海音乐学院留学。本细则以提高效益、注重实效、程序规范、专款专用、科学管理的精神为指导，认真、公平、公正地开展申请、评审等各项工作，着力发展上海音乐学院来华留学生规模，提高留学生教育质量。
一、奖助学金评审组织机构
学校成立由院长办公室、国际交流处、教务处、研究生部、各相关系、财务处、纪监审等组成的奖助学金评审委员会，由分管留学生工作的院领导担任评审委员会主任，国际交流处留学生办公室负责受理申请相关事宜。
二、奖助学金经费管理
学校设立奖助学金专项账户，专款专用，由国际交流处留学生办公室负责管理使用，接受学校及上级部门的指导、审计和监督。
三、奖助学金评审比例
根据每年实际报道学生人数确定各类奖助学金的名额，并视每年的生源情况，做适当调整，择优评审。
四、奖助学金类别及标准
1、 奖学金
（1）A类奖学金（全额奖学金）
主要用于资助来我院短期交换学习的协议院校外籍学生，或来我院短期学习的非协议院校优秀外籍学生（不含汉语进修生）。A类奖学金生将免学费、住宿费、来华留学人员综合保险费，并提供每人每学期生活费补贴人民币壹万元。
（2）B类奖学金（部分奖学金）
主要用于资助来我院短期交换学习的协议院校外籍学生，或来我院短期学习的非协议院校优秀外籍学生（不含汉语进修生）。B类奖学金生将免学费和来华留学人员综合保险费。
（3）C类奖学金
主要用于资助已在我院就读的品学兼优的长期外籍学历生（含本科、硕士、博士）。C类奖学金生每人每学年将获得一次性奖励人民币肆仟元。
2、助学金
助学金将资助来我院留学的外籍优秀学历生（含本科、硕士、博士），且家庭经济条件特殊困难者，原则上每人在校期间申请次数不超过两次。
助学金获得者每人每学年将获得学习补助人民币陆仟元。
五、奖助学金的评审办法
1、申请资格与条件
（1）连续拥有 5 年以上外国国籍的公民，身体健康；
（2）遵守中国政府的法律法规，遵守学校的校纪校规；
（3）未同时获得中国政府及上海市政府等其他各类奖学金。
2、申请材料
A/B/C类奖学金
（1）《上海音乐学院来华留学奖学金申请表》
（2）学历学位证明或在读证明（非中、英文本需附上经公证的相应的中文或英文的译文）
（3）成绩单（非中、英文本需附上经公证的中文或英文的译文）
（4）两封教授或副教授推荐信（用中文或者英文书写）
（5）来华学习计划（用中文或者英文书写）
（6）本人作品或本人取得的特别学术成果（论文、奖励等）
（7）其他补充材料
助学金
（1）《上海音乐学院来华留学助学金申请表》
（2）中国驻当地使领馆出具的家庭经济情况证明（含医疗情况证明等）
（3）在校期间各学期成绩单
（4）本人作品或本人取得的特别学术成果（论文、奖励等）
3、申请受理时间
（1）申请时间：详见每年的具体通知。
（2）申请办法：申请上海音乐学院来华留学生奖助学金的学生需网上下载并填写《上海音乐学院来华留学奖助学金申请表》并按要求在规定的时间内提供相应材料。

4、 申请注意事项
（1）申请人所提交的申请材料均不退回。

六、奖助学金的期限、考核及终止
1、期限
奖学金发放期限为一学期或一学年。
2、考核
获奖学生在学期间，需按规定参加奖助学金年度评审。评审委员会将根据其年度学习成绩、学习态度、考情情况、行为表现、奖惩情况等进行综合评审。评审合格者方可申请下一学期奖学，凡评审不合格者，从下一学期起将被取消奖助学金申请资格。
3、终止
凡有以下情形之一者，将取消或立即终止对其颁发奖助学金：
（1）触犯中国国家或地方法律法规，收到行政拘留和刑事处罚者；
（2）违反校纪校规，受过任何一级校纪处分者；
（3）由于身体健康原因，无法继续学业者。
七、附则
本评审细则由上海音乐学院留学生办公室负责解释，并于颁布之日起开始试行。
