上海中医药大学外国留学生学前奖学金用于奖励报考我校攻读学士学位的全日制自费留学生新生。
一、申请人资格
（一）HSK奖：新HSK5级≥210分；
（二）学历奖：具有本科或本科以上学历；
（三）特长奖：在学术、体育、艺术、文化交流、公益活动等方面取得国家级及以上突出成绩；
（四）9月份入学新生；
（五）各类学前奖学金不可同时获得。
二、奖学金种类及金额
（一）新HSK6级≥210分，奖励10000元。
（二）新HSK6级≥195分，奖励7000元。
（三）新HSK6级≥180分，奖励5000元。
（四）新HSK5级≥210分，奖励3000元。
（五）学历奖，奖励3000元。
（六）特长生一等奖，奖励10000元。
（七）特长生二等奖，奖励5000元。
（八）特长生三等奖，奖励3000元。
（九）特长生四等奖，奖励1000元。
三、申请时间
每年9月。
四、申请材料
（一）《上海中医药大学外国留学生学前奖学金申请表》一份。
（二）HSK证书原件及复印件，或经过公证的最高学历证明；特长生需提供相关证明文件或学校推荐表。
申请人必须保证所提供的材料的真实性，否则将被取消奖学金资格，一切后果由申请人自己承担。不论获奖与否，申请人材料均不退还。
五、实施步骤
（一）新生开学后，由辅导员公布学前奖学金实施办法。
（二）符合申请条件的留学生向留学生部提交申请材料。
（三）留学生部组织相关人员审核，并上报学院审批。
（四）公示学前奖学金获奖名单。
（五）学前奖学金将在下一学年初发放。如发放之前因违反中国法律法规、违反学校的纪律和规章制度而受到处分或退学者，则将取消学前奖学金资格。
