奖学金资助原则和对象
主要用于资助我校与“一带一路”沿线国家高校或教育机构联合建立的来华留学项目和来华游学的短期团组。
奖学金类别

奖学金资助内容
Ø A类奖学金获得者免交学费，提供在校学习期间的月生活费（本科生及进修生人民币1100元/月，硕士研究生人民币1400元/月，博士研究生人民币1700元/月），须自行支付报名及奖学金申请费、在校期间的住宿费和综合医疗保险费。
Ø B类奖学金获得者免交学费，须自行支付报名及奖学金申请费、在校期间的食宿费和综合医疗保险费。
Ø 短期来华游学团组奖学金获得者免交在校期间的学费、住宿费、综合医疗保险费、文化考察费，并提供生活费。
奖学金期限和年度评审
本奖学金获得者按照全日制本科生4学年、硕士研究生2-3学年、博士研究生3学年的学习期限享受相应年限的奖学金，超出学习期限者不再享受本奖学金。
为充分发挥本奖学金的激励作用，参照中国政府奖学金等年度评审的有关规定，实施奖学金年度评审制度。每年5月学校将对本奖学金学历生进行一次年度评审，并根据年度评审结果决定其是否继续享受本奖学金或是否调整其奖学金等级。短期来华游学的团组学员则须完成规定的学习任务，方能获得学习证明。
申请条件
Ø 非中国籍公民，且身心健康
Ø 对长期项目申请人的学历和年龄要求：
－申请攻读本科项目学士学位者，须具有相当于高级中学毕业学历，年龄不超过30周岁；
－申请攻读硕士项目学位者，须具有学士学位，年龄不超过35周岁；
－申请攻读博士项目学位者，须具有硕士学位，年龄不超过40周岁；
Ø 对长期项目申请人的语言水平要求：
—申请以汉语为授课语言者，汉语须具备HSK四级180分以上水平（汉语类专业申请者除外）。
—申请以英语为授课语言者，英语须具备雅思6.0分及以上或网考托福80分及以上水平。
Ø 已获得中国政府奖学金、孔子学院奖学金、中国地方政府奖学金和中国高校及机构、企业的各类奖学金的人员不能申请本奖学金。
Ø 短期（两周）来华游学短期团组奖学金申请人应为与我校建立有合作关系的“一带一路”沿线国家教育机构的学生、本土汉语教师或管理人员。申请人不受年龄和语言水平要求的限制。
Ø 申请与录取程序
A．传统申请
Ø 从网站http://gjxy.swu.edu.cn下载专区或者联系西南大学外国学生招生办公室获取《西南大学外国留学生“新丝路”奖学金申请表》和《外国人体格检查记录》；
Ø 填写《外国人体格检查记录》表，在当地公立医院体检。申请人应严格按照表中要求的项目进行检查。缺项、未贴有本人照片或照片上未盖骑缝章、无医师和医院签字盖章的表格无效。检查结果有效期为6个月；
Ø 准备其它所要求的材料，然后将所有申请材料邮寄至西南大学外国学生招生办公室；
B． 网络申请
Ø 登陆在线入学申请网站http://issic.swu.edu.cn，完成用户注册。
Ø 下载并填写《外国人体格检查记录》表，在当地公立医院体检。申请人应严格按照表中要求的项目进行检查。缺项、未贴有本人照片或照片上未盖骑缝章、无医师和医院签字盖章的表格无效。检查结果有效期为6个月；
Ø 登陆进入在线申请系统，按要求填写申请信息，上传规定的申请材料；
Ø 确认信息和上传材料准确无误后，点击提交；
评审录取：
Ø 西南大学评审申请材料并通过后将在网站http://gjxy.swu.edu.cn上发布录取学生名单，并通过电子邮件通知申请者本人；
Ø 奖学金获得者向西南大学缴纳奖学金申请费人民币500元（相关银行信息附后）；
Ø 西南大学将在每年每年6月或12月底前寄发《录取通知书》和《签证申请表》（JW202表）给被录取学生。
申请材料
Ø 《西南大学外国留学生“新丝路”奖学金》一式二份（请勿手写）。
Ø 最高学历证明、毕业证书或学位证书的复印件。如申请人为在校学生或已就业，需另外提交本人就读学校出具的在学证明或就业单位出具的在职证明。中、英文以外文本需附经公证的中文或英文的译本，一式两份。
Ø 成绩单：上一学习阶段的完整课程成绩单；中、英文以外文本需附经公证的中文或英文的译本，一式两份。
Ø 不少于800字的来华学习（本科生）/研究计划（硕士、博士研究生）。
Ø 所在国家两名教授或副教授的推荐信，一式两份（需亲笔签名并附工作单位及联系信息；本条仅适用于硕士、博士研究生）。
Ø 语言水平证明材料：汉语授课专业申请者提供HSK证书复印件（如有，请提供）；英语授课专业申请者（官方语言不含英语）提供雅思或托福考试成绩证书复印件。
Ø 公开发表的学术论文、所获专利或其他研究成果（如有，请提供原件或复印件）
Ø 《外国人体格检查记录》复印件两份（原件请自行保留，供申请签证时用）
Ø 护照照片2张（请在照片背面写上申请者姓名和申请就读专业名）
Ø 护照复印件（有效普通护照）
备注：
1. 申请音乐、美术专业的学生须使用光盘提交本人作品两份；
2. 申请英语授课项目的学生，请使用英文完成以上所有材料（含申请表格、推荐信、学习计划等）。
申请截止时间
以西南大学国际学院具体通知为准。
住宿信息
Ø 双人间（留学生公寓）： 5000元/人/学期，9000元/人/学年；
Ø 单人间（留学生公寓）：7000元/人/学期，12000元/人/学年；
Ø 双人间（楠园）：5000元/人/学期，9000元/人/学年；
Ø 四人间（中国学生宿舍，数量有限，先订先得）： 3000元/人/学年；
注：国际学院可以帮助留学生在校内/外租房住。
