重庆师范大学“中国政府专项奖学金—支持地方奖学金项目”系国家留学基金委设立的全额奖学金项目，旨在支持建设重庆市高水平大学，吸引优秀外国留学生来华学习。重庆师范大学现面向全球招收2018级全日制中国政府奖学金硕士研究生。
一、奖学金申请日期：2018年1月5日至2018年4月10日
二、奖学金内容
全额奖学金
— 免交学费、住宿费；
— 提供奖学金生活费（硕士研究生3000元/人/月）；
—提供综合医疗保险；

三、招生类别和奖学金期限
奖学金期限与各专业学制相同（硕士研究生学制2-3年）。汉语授课专业奖学金获得者，如其汉语水平未达到进入专业学习要求(HSK5及以上)，来华后须先进行1年的汉语补习，考试合格后方可入专业学习。凡需汉语补习者奖学金期限相应增加1年。
四、招生条件
1、该奖学金只用于招收非中国籍公民，身体健康；
2、非在华学习的学生（留华毕业生时间必须超过一年）,且准备申报硕士；
3、申请到重庆师范大学攻读硕士学位者应具有学士学位，学习成绩优秀，需有所在国两名教授或副教授的推荐信，年龄35周岁以下。
五、奖学金申请者应提供的材料
申请人必须如实填写和提交以下申请材料（均为一式三份：原件一份，复印件两份）：
1、《中国政府奖学金申请表》，用中文或英文填写。《中国政府奖学金申请表》由国家留学基金委统一印制，需在留学基金委网页在线填写并打印（http://www.csc.edu.cn/studyinchina 或www.campuschina.org,打开后点击application
online）。填写表格时，请注意：项目类别选择B项目。来华学习计划只能选择硕士研究生；申请院校请填写重庆师范大学，学校代码10637。
2、经过公证的最高学历证明。如申请人为在校学生或已就业，需另外提交本人就读学校出具的在学证明或就业单位出具的在职证明。中英文以外文本需附经公证的中文或英文的译文。
3、申请攻读硕士学位者，须提供经过公证的大学阶段成绩单。中英文以外文本需附经公证的中文或英文的译文。
4、来华学习和研究计划（不少于800字），用中文或英文书写。
5、所在国两名教授或副教授的推荐信，用中文或英文书写。
6、申请学习音乐专业的学生须提交本人作品的光盘；申请学习美术专业的学生，须提供本人作品光盘（2张素描画，2张色彩画，2张其它作品）；
7、《外国人体格检查记录》(复印件，原件自行保留)：此表格由中国卫生检疫部门统一印制，须用英文填写。申请人应严格按照《外国人体格检查记录》中要求的项目进行检查。缺项、未贴有本人照片或照片上未盖骑缝章、无医师和医院签字盖章的《外国人体格检查记录》无效。鉴于检查结果有效期为6个月，请申请人据此确定本人进行体检的时间。根据重庆市出入境检疫部门要求，奖学金获批之留学生在来华后需要再次进行体检。
8、无犯罪记录证明。
9.银行存款证明（金额不少于25000元人民币的当地货币存款证明）
无论录取与否，申请人材料均不退还。所有申请材料共3份。
六、录取及通知
1. 重庆师范大学将对申请人的申请材料进行评审，择优录取。
2. 2018年4月20前重庆师范大学将录取结果报中国国家留学基金管理委员会审核。
3. 经中国国家留学基金管理委员会审核批准后，重庆师范大学将在6月底通知奖学金获得者，7月发放《录取通知书》等相关录取材料。
七、其他
1. 奖学金获得者来华后，重庆是师范大学将根据中国政府奖学金有关规定进行管理，奖学金生须按照《中国政府奖学金年度评审办法》的要求，每年参加奖学金年度评审。
2. 该项目奖学金获得者来华后不得变更录取院校；原则上不得变更学习专业及学习期限。
