一、 奖学金颁发对象
即将来我省学习以及已在我省学习的外国留学生，包括研究生、本科生和长期进修生（一年及以上），申请者需身体健康。
二、 奖学金类别
1.A类奖学金，一次性补助30000元。
用于资助来浙江科技学院接受研究生层次教育的优秀外国留学生。该类奖学金的主要用途：缴纳注册费、学费、基本教材费、住宿费、重大疾病与意外事故保险等。
2.B类奖学金，一次性补助20000元。
用于资助来浙江科技学院接受本科层次教育的优秀外国留学生。该类奖学金的主要用途：缴纳注册费、学费、基本教材费、住宿费、重大疾病与意外事故保险等。
3.C类奖学金，一次性补助6000元。
用于奖励已在浙高校就读的品学兼优的长期外国进修生。
三、 奖学金申请时间
奖学金每年评审一次，受理申请的时间一般为每年1月至5月。
四、 奖学金申请条件：
1.基本条件
（1）申请人就读本科生，应获得相当于中国高级中学毕业的学历或证书，年龄在30周岁以下。
（2）申请人就读硕士研究生，应具有学士学位或相当学历，有2名教授或副教授的推荐信，年龄在35周岁以下。
（3）申请人就读博士研究生，应具有硕士学位或相当学历，有2名教授或副教授的推荐信，年龄在40周岁以下。
2.其他条件
（1）申请人须拥有外国国籍、持有外国护照，对华友好，身体健康。
（2）申请人须表现良好，在校内无旷课等违反校纪校规行为,在校外无违反中国法律法规的行为。
（3）申请人应具有相应的汉语水平，并提供相关证明，如HSK证书、其他汉语学习和考试证书等。部分直接用英语授课的专业可适当放宽条件。
（4）申请人成绩在本年级或本班名列前茅。
（5）未同时获得中国政府其他各类奖学金。
五、 奖学金申请材料（申请人提交的申请材料均不予退回。）
申请材料一式两份，主要包括：
（1）《浙江省政府来华留学生奖学金申请表》；
（2）经过公证的最高学历证明及学习成绩单（中、英文以外文本需附中文或英文的译文）
（3）护照复印件；
（4）《外国人体格检查记录》
（5）推荐信
