“中国-欧盟学生交流项目”系中国教育部向欧盟成员国学生提供的全额奖学金。
一、 资助类别及期限
1.资助类别：本科生、硕士研究生、博士研究生、普通进修生和高级进修生。
2.资助期限：奖学金期限与各专业学制相同。汉语授课专业奖学金获得者，如其汉语水平未达到进入专业学习要求(HSK4及以上)，来华后须先进行汉语补习，考试合格后方可入专业学习。

二、奖学金内容
包含学费、住宿费、生活费和综合医疗保险。具体信息请向中国驻欧盟使团教育文化处查询。
三、申请受理机构和申请时间
申请受理机构：中国驻欧盟使团教育文化处。
申请时间：一般为1月初至4月初，具体申请时间请向中国驻欧盟使团教育文化处查询。
四、申请条件
1.非中国籍的欧盟成员国国家公民，身体健康;
2.学历和年龄要求:
来华学习本科专业者，须具有高中毕业学历，成绩优秀，年龄不超过25岁;
来华攻读硕士学位者，须具有学士学位，年龄不超过35岁;
来华攻读博士学位者，须具有硕士学位，年龄不超过40岁;
作为普通进修生来华学习者，须具有高中以上学历，年龄不超过45岁;
作为高级进修生来华学习者，须具有硕士以上学位或副教授以上职称，年龄不超过50岁。
五、申请流程
1.向中国驻欧盟使团教育文化处提交申请并取得推荐资格;
2.联系重庆大学，并获得学校颁发的预录取通知书;
3.登录“中国政府奖学金来华留学管理信息系统”(登录http://www.csc.edu.cn/studyinchina 或http://www.campuschina.org 后，点击网上报名学生入口图标进入)，网上填写并在线提交申请信息，打印《中国政府奖学金申请表》。“中国政府奖学金来华留学管理信息系统操作说明和受理机构编号可向中国驻欧盟使团教育文化处咨询和索取；
4.在规定时间内将申请材料提交至中国驻欧盟使团教育文化处。
注: 国家留学基金委不受理个人的直接申请。国家留学基金委有权对未获得预录取通知书的申请人的申请院校进行必要调整。
六、申请材料(均为一式两份)
1.《中国政府奖学金申请表》(中文或英文) ;
2.经过公证的最高学历证明。中英文以外文本须附上经公证的中文或英文的译文。在校学生须提交本人就读学校出具的在学证明；
3.学习成绩单。中英文以外文本顷附上经公证的中文或英文的译文；
4.来华学习或研究计划。用中文或英文书写，本科生不少于200字，进修生不少于500字，研究生不少于800字；
5.推荐信。申请项读硕士、博士学位者和申请作为高级进修生来华学习者，须提交两名教授或副教授的推荐信，用中文或英文书写；
6.申请学习音乐专业的学生须提交本人作品的光盘，申请学习美术专业的学生须提供本人2张素描画、2张色彩画以及2张其它作品的光盘；
7.年龄不满18岁的申请人，须提交在华法定监护入的相关法律文件；
8.来华学习时间超过6个月的申请人，须提交《外国人体格检查表》复印件(原件自行保存，此表格由中国卫生检疫部门统一印制，可登录留学基金委网站http://www.csc.edu.cn/studyinchina 或http://www.campuschina.org 下载，英文填写)。申请人应严格按照《外国人体格检查表》要求项目进行检查。缺项、未贴本人照片或照片上未盖骑缝章、无医师和医院签字盖章的《外国人体格检查表》无效。检查结果有效期为6个月；
9.已获得重庆大学预录取通知书的，请将录取通知书复印件附在申请材料中;
10.已获得HSK成绩报告的，请将复印件附在申请材料中。
以上材料请按上述顺序在左上角装订成册(一式两册)。无论录取与否，申请材料均不返还。
七、录取及通知
1.国家留学基金委审核奖学金申请人是否符合申请条件。不满足条件的申请人或不符合要求的申请材料，不予受理;
2.国家留学基金委将审核通过的申请人材料转送有关学校安排录取。国家留学基金委有权根据该奖学金项目资助要求、奖学金院校的接收能力、专业学制要求及申请人的条件等，对申请人所选择的学校、专业、资助类别、奖学金期限等进行适当调整，并由学校确定录取结果。对于附有重庆大学预录取通知书的申请材料，国家留学基金委将直接寄送重庆大学确认录取;
3.获得奖学金院校确认录取的申请人，经国家留学基金委批准后即可获得中国政府奖学金资助来华学习。每名奖学金获得者只能获得一个中国政府奖学金项目的资助;
4.国家留学基金委将于7月31日前将《录取名单》《录取通知书》和《外国留学人员来华签证申请表》(JW201表) 寄送中国驻欧盟使团教育文化处，由其转交学生本人;
5.奖学金获得者来华后不得变更《录取通知书》上的录取院校、学习专业及学习期限;
6.不能按录取期限来华学习者，奖学金资格不予保留。
