申请对象
全日制在校研究生（硕士生、博士生）；
只限于招收2018年9月入学的新生，2018年在中国学习的应届毕业生不得申请
奖学金内容
1) 全额奖学金：学费、医疗保险、住宿费、生活费。
2) 部分奖学金：为全额奖学金中的一项或几项内容。
3) 国际旅费：国际旅费原则上自理，另有协议者除外。
申请人资格
申请人须为非中国籍公民，身体健康；
来华攻读硕士学位者，须具有学士学位，年龄不超过35周岁；
在华攻读博士学位者，须具有硕士学位，年龄不超过40周岁。

2018年1月1日-2018年3月31日
申请方法
请务必阅读msg.php?id=34 了解中国政府奖学金生在校管理规定后开始申请。
1、留学生办公室网上申请并支付报名费。

2、中国政府奖学金网站申请。
网上申请成功后，请将以下纸制材料（均为一份原件及一份复印件，请分为两份）寄至华东师范大学留学生办公室
● 《中国政府奖学金申请表》（此表为上述网上申请后自动生成）；
● 护照复印件
● 经公证的最高学历证明。如申请人为国外应届毕业生，需另外提交本人就读学校出具的在学证明和预计毕业证明，获得毕业证书后需补交。中英文以外文本需附经公证的中文或英文的译文；
● 毕业证书和学位证书的复印件及相应成绩单（中英文以外请附中文或英文翻译件）；
● 来华学习和研究计划（不少于800字），用中文或英文书写；
● 两名教授或副教授的推荐信，用中文或英文书写；请按统一模版填写推荐信。
● 《外国人体格检查记录》和血液检查报告复印件，原件请于来华时随身携带。
● HSK(汉语水平考试)证书。申请中文授课且无汉语基础的申请人请选择汉语补习1-2年。报名英文授课专业的申请人请提交英语水平证明。
● 材料受理费：800RMB(网上报名时支付）
●博士项目的申请者，需提交攻读硕士研究生期间，发表的论文及科研成果；硕士论文的摘要页（硕士论文不需要提供全文，只需提供摘要页）
注：不受理申请材料传真件或邮件申请；
申请材料不全者，不予受理，请一次提交所有材料；
无论申请人是否被录取，上述申请材料恕不退还。
录取结果
申请受理后，我们会通过电子邮件联系申请人。大约在6月中旬，最终录取名单将在lxs.ecnu.edu.cn“公告栏”上登出并通过电子邮件通知，请注意查询。
