University of Science and Technology of China "Dean's Fellowship Program between the Chinese Academy of Sciences and the Academy of Sciences for the Developing World"

根据中国科学院与发展中国家科学院相关协议，双方共同设立“中国科学院与发展中国家科学院院长奖学金计划”，资助来自世界各地的学生/学者到中国科学技术大学或中国科学院大学或中国科学院各研究所攻读博士学位。
1、奖学金内容和标准
免学费；提供奖学金生活费（含食宿、交通、保险等相关费用），在通过博士生资格考试前每月7000元，通过之后每月8000元。
奖学金资助期限不超过4年，学习分阶段进行：
1） 在我校完成集中培训和课程学习，累计最长1年，包括为期约4个月的汉语、中国文化课及专业课学习；
2） 在培养单位（研究所/院系）参加科研实践，完成学位论文。
2、开放专业
我校所有留学生博士招生专业均可申请。
3、申请人资格
1）非中国公民；
2）2018年12月31日之前年龄不超过35周岁；
3）已获得硕士学位或在2018年9月1日前能获得硕士学位；
4）提供英语或汉语语言水平证明；
5）保证在本奖学金资助期间进行全日制学习，不得从事其他工作；
6）保证完成学业后回国服务。
备注：
1）已在中国攻读博士学位者不得申请本奖学金计划；
2）申请者不能同时申请两所大学。
