中国科学院一带一路硕士奖学金项目由中国科学院设立，资助来自“一带一路”沿线国家的学生/学者到中国科学技术大学或中国科学院大学或中国科学院各研究所攻读硕士学位。
1、奖学金内容和标准
免学费；提供奖学金生活费（含食宿、交通、保险等相关费用），每月4000元。
奖学金资助期限不超过3年，学习分阶段进行：
1） 在我校完成集中培训和课程学习，累计最长1年，包括为期约4个月的汉语、中国文化课及专业课学习；
2） 在培养单位（研究所/院系）参加科研实践，完成学位论文。
2、开放专业
我校所有留学生硕士招生专业均可申请。
3、申请人资格
1）非中国籍、“一带一路”沿线国家学生/学者；
2) 2018年12月31日之前年龄不超过30周岁；
3) 已获得学士学位或同等学历；
4) 熟练掌握英语或汉语，托福不低于90分或雅思不低于6.5。申请人如满足以下条件之一, 无需提交雅思或托福成绩：
a)母语为英语；
b)本科专业课程为英语授课，需提供相关证明；
c)获得HSK 3级或HSK 4级证书。
5) 申请本奖学金时未接受其他奖学金资助，且在本奖学金资助期间不得接受其他奖学金资助。

2017年12月15日至2018年3月31日
5、申请流程及所需材料
1）登陆我校留学生网申系统http://isa.ustc.edu.cn/，完成在线填报
2）申请材料：
² 《一带一路硕士奖学金申请表》
² 护照复印件（普通护照有效期1年）
² 研究计划（不少于800字）
² 个人简历
² 两位教授或相当职称的学者的推荐信
² 《外国人体格检查表》
² 英语或汉语水平证明
² 由申请人本国教育部或同等权威机构认证的学士学位证书复印件和本科成绩单复印件或硕士学位证书复印件和硕士成绩单（如有）。
a)如申请人是在读大学生，须提供正式文件，说明获取学位证书时间
b)如申请人已毕业但尚未取得学位证书，须提供正式文件说明理由及取得学位证书时间
c)如申请人已工作，须提供正式文件，说明其职位并出具单位放行证明
