为支持孔子学院建设，促进汉语国际推广和中国文化传播，培养合格的汉语教师和汉语人才，孔子学院总部/国家汉办（以下简称汉办）设立奖学金，资助外国学生、学者和汉语教师到山东大学学习。
一、 招生类别及申请条件
本年度招生类别是一学年研修生及一学期研修生。招生对象为非中国籍人士，身体健康，年龄一般在16至35周岁之间（在职汉语教师可放宽至45周岁、本科年龄在20岁以下）。
1.一学年研修生。资助期限为11个月。面向孔子学院（课堂）学员，海外本土汉语教师、中文专业学生、HSK考试成绩优秀者，不招收在华留学生。汉语水平不低于HSK三级200分、HSKK初级60分，或者不低于BCT（A）200分、BCT（口语）200分。
2.一学期研修生。资助期限为5个月。申请者无来华留学经历，汉语水平不低于HSK二级140分、HSKK初级50分，或者不低于BCT（A）120分、BCT（口语）140分。
二、资助内容、标准及学习考核
孔子学院奖学金全额资助内容包括：学费、住宿费、生活费和综合医疗保险费。学费由学校统筹用于奖学金生培养与管理，组织奖学金生参加汉语水平测试（HSK/HSKK），开展文化活动。住宿费由学校统筹使用，为学生提供免费宿舍，一般为双人间。
生活费由学校按月发放，一学年和一学期研修生标准为2500元人民币/月。学校按每学期注册学籍，当月15日（含15日）前到校注册的，发给全月生活费；十五日以后报到的，发给半月生活费；毕业生的生活费发至学校确定的毕业之日以后半个月；奖学金生在学期间（正常假期外）因个人原因离开中国时间超过15天，停发离华期间生活费；因个人原因休学、退学或有违反校规校纪的，停发生活费。综合医疗保险费由学校参照中国教育部来华留学有关规定统一购买，标准为800元人民币/人/年。
三、申请材料
申请者须登录奖学金网站，填写《孔子学院奖学金申请表》，并附上以下证明材料的电子文档：
1. 护照照片页。
2. HSK、HSKK成绩报告。
3. 经过公证的最高学历或在校学习证明。
4. 推荐信。未建孔子学院国家的有关高校中文专业学生，须另附校长签发的推荐信。
5. 未满18周岁的申请者，须提交委托在华法定监护人的相关法律文件。
6.“汉语桥”世界大、中学生中文比赛来华复赛获奖者须提供奖学金证书。各国分赛区优胜者须提供获奖证明和赛区主办单位出具的推荐函。
7. 我校所需的其他证明材料。
四、入学与结业时间
一学年研修生、一学期研修生均可选择在2016年9月1日或2017年3月1日入学，结业时间春季学期为7月初，秋季学期为1月初。
五、主要课程
必修课：精读、听力、口语、读写、中国文化、中国概况、汉字。
选修课：HSK测试辅导、书法、中国绘画、太极拳与中国武术、剪纸、民歌等。
