1.奖学金内容和标准
中国石油大学（华东）自2012年开始设置优秀新生奖学金，每年提供40个奖学金名额给自费来校攻读硕士学位和博士学位的外国留学生。

说明：
选择校外住宿的奖学金生将不享受住宿补贴。
2.开放专业
中国石油大学（华东）的所有硕士学位和博士学位专业均可接受申请。
3.申请人资格
（1）非中国籍公民，且身体健康；
（2）来华攻读硕士/博士学位者，须具有学士/硕士学位，年龄不超过35/40周岁。
4.申请日期
每年5月1日-
7月1日。
5.申请流程/途径
第一步：登录国际学生入学在线申请系统（https://upc.17gz.org/member/login.do），选择 “学校奖学金”项目进行申请，填写申请信息，上传申请资料并在线提交。
第二步：录取者等待收取《录取通知书》和《外国留学人员来华学习签证申请表》（JW202表）。录取者请提前向留学生招生办公室提供邮寄地址信息。
第三步：持《录取通知书》和《外国留学人员来华学习签证申请表》（JW202表）到中国驻外使领馆申请来华学习签证（X1-Visa），并在规定的时间内到我校报到。
注：奖学金获得者在收到学校通知后，须在规定时间内向国际教育学院宿管缴纳住宿押金1000元。奖学金新生房间将在每年7月份开始预留直至新生报到截止期限。宿管将在学生退宿时退还住宿押金。学校将不会退还住宿押金给因各种原因不能来校报到而放弃奖学金的新生。

2. 硕研和本科学历证书及其成绩单（非英语材料需提供经过认证的汉/英语翻译件）
3. 语言水平证明（汉语授课专业申请者需提供HSK-6，或提供汉语为学习语言或工作语言的相关证明; 英语授课专业申请者需提供托福网考成绩80分以上，或雅思考试成绩6.0以上，或提供英语为学习语言或工作语言的相关证明）
4. 研究计划（中/英文，至少1500字）
5. 两封推荐信（推荐人需具有教授或副教授职称）
6. 中国石油大学（华东）导师接收信（中/英文，无格式要求）
7. 近期工作证明或者无犯罪记录证明（毕业超过12个月）
8. 其他证书或证明（如获奖证书、获奖学金证明、发表文章）
硕士研究生

说明：
在申请入学和奖学金时，《外国人体格检查表》不是必须文件。所在国的中国使领馆可能会要求成功获得录取的学生必须持有《外国人体格检查表》才能在申办来华学习签证。
