Non-Chinese Citizens, physically and mentally healthy; 2. Non-Chinese nationals who are physically and mentally healthy; 2. Requirements on education and age: To study for bachelor's degree in China, students must have a high school diploma or equivalent, and be no older than 25 years old. 3. Applicants must not have received any other Chinese government scholarships at the same time. 4. Applicants' countries: Thailand, Myanmar, Indonesia, Vietnam, Philippines, Mongolia, Kazakhstan, Tajikistan, Uzbekistan, Turkmenistan. Applicants can only apply for the following majors: 1. Chinese language (Chinese language direction, economic and trade direction); 2. Translation (English-Chinese translation, Korean-Chinese translation); 3. International economics and trade. Free tuition, free on-campus accommodation, free comprehensive medical insurance, and subsidized living expenses (RMB 2500/month for undergraduates). Log in to the "Management Information System of Chinese Government Scholarships for Studying in China" at https://admission.blcu.edu.cn/jxjsjdxqjssfpfa/list.htm and click "China Scholarships for Studying in China". 1. Log in "Chinese Government Scholarship for Studying in China Management Information System" at http://www.campuschina.org, click on the icon of "Chinese Government Scholarship for Studying in China Management Information System" to enter the application system, fill in the application information, submit the "Application Form for Chinese Government Scholarship" online, and upload the scholarship application materials. (Type of Study Abroad Program: Category B, BLCU Institution Code 10032). 2. Log on to the "BLCU International Student Application System" (https://apply.blcu.edu.cn), fill in the application information online, upload all the application materials and the electronic version of the "Chinese Government Scholarship Application Form". 3. Please submit your application before April 20, 2026, 17:00 BST. No application will be accepted after the deadline. 4. Upon receipt of all the application materials, BLCU will review the materials and conduct telephone or remote interviews with the applicants who pass the preliminary screening, please make sure that the telephone number and email address on the application form are unobstructed and correct. 5. Applicants who pass the admission review will be selected as candidates for the Chinese Government Scholarship Silk Road Program and nominated to the China Scholarship Council for final evaluation. 6. The results of the scholarship review should be available on the China Scholarship Council website through your personal account. Scholarship review takes a long time, please wait patiently. 7. Students who have passed the entrance examination of BLCU but have not been awarded the Chinese Government Scholarship Silk Road Program can come to study in BLCU through self-financing or applying for other scholarship programs such as "Beijing Scholarship for Foreign Students". Please note that incomplete application materials will not be considered, and the university reserves the right to ask the applicant to provide other supplementary materials. 1. Chinese Government Scholarship Application Form (Please fill in and download it according to step 1 of the application procedure, and upload it according to step 2 of the application procedure.) 2 . Applicant's passport front page. If the validity period of the current passport does not meet the requirements (the validity period of the passport should be later than March 2027), please issue a new passport in time. 3. Proof of high school education. If the applicant is a student, he/she must submit a certificate of expected graduation or a certificate of enrollment issued by the school he/she is attending, and submit the official graduation certificate at the time of registration. 4. Transcripts of all semesters completed. Transcripts can be provided in Chinese/English or, if in a language other than English, an English translation must be provided and notarized. 5 . HSK Level 4 score report (not less than 60 points in one subject). 6. Transcripts of CSCA (China Study Center Admission Test for Undergraduates). Study plan in China. The study plan should be in Chinese/English (more than 200 words). 8. Recommendation letter from high school teacher. The letter of recommendation should be written in Chinese or English (there is no fixed format, please ask the recommender to sign and attach valid contact information). 9. For applicants under 18 years old, they should submit the relevant legal documents of their legal guardians in China. (Refer to Annex 3. (Refer to Annex 3. Guardianship of Minors) 10. Photocopy of "Medical Examination Form for Foreigners" (keep the original by yourself, this form is uniformly printed by the Chinese health quarantine department and must be filled out in English). The applicant shall strictly follow the items required in the Foreigner Physical Examination Form. The Foreigner's Physical Examination Form with missing items, without the photo of the applicant or the stamp on the photo, or without the signature and stamp of the physician and the hospital is invalid, and the examination result is valid for 6 months. 11 . Certificate of no criminal record. Applicants must submit a valid certificate of no criminal record issued by the local public security authorities, usually within 6 months prior to the date of submission of the application. 12. A copy of the receipt for the application fee of RMB 800, which can be paid online or by wire transfer. Documents in languages other than Chinese and English must be accompanied by notarized translations in Chinese or English. V. Other Notes 1. Scholarship recipients must report and register in accordance with the time specified by the university. Those who fail to report to the university after the deadline without any reasons will not be retained and will be disqualified from enrolling in the university. 2. Scholarship recipients shall participate in the annual evaluation of the scholarship in accordance with the regulations. Those who fail in the evaluation will be suspended or disqualified from the scholarship; 3. Scholarship recipients are not allowed to change their study majors and study periods in principle. 4. Chinese government scholarship students are not allowed to enjoy the financial support of other scholarships (excluding all kinds of one-time incentive payments) established by Chinese governments at all levels and the admitted institutions at the same time; once discovered, their qualification for Chinese government scholarships will be canceled, and they must return the Chinese government scholarships they have already received.
