The Fujian Provincial Government Scholarships for Foreign Students mainly support international students who are studying in colleges and universities in Fujian Province or intend to apply for studying in colleges and universities in Fujian Province.
Enrollment Category
Foreign doctoral students, master's students, undergraduate students and long-term students who are studying for one semester or more in all full-time ordinary colleges and universities in Fujian Province that enroll foreign students.

Application Period
Applicants apply to the program schools from May each year, at a time to be determined by the university.
Required materials
1. School's recommendation application report with recommendation list;
2. Application form for Fujian Provincial Government Scholarship Program for Foreign Students;
3. Notarized certificate of highest academic qualifications and academic transcripts;
4. Those studying for more than 6 months (including 6 months) are required to produce the Foreigner's Physical Examination Record (uniformly printed by China's health and quarantine authorities);
5. Applicants for studying for a degree or engaging in research should provide a study plan (not less than 400 words) or a research plan (not less than 800 words);
6. Applicants for studying music, fine arts and other art majors should submit their relevant works according to the requirements of the school;
7. Applicants under the age of 18 shall submit relevant legal documents from their legal guardians in China.
The application materials submitted by the applicants will not be returned.
