二、申请人资格
1、申请人须为非中国籍公民，且身体健康；
2、未同时获得中国各级政府类奖学金；
3、语言水平要求
申请本科专业：
汉语授课专业申请者需提供HSK-4; 英语授课专业申请者需提供托福网考（iBT）成绩60分以上，或雅思考试成绩5.0以上，或提供英语为学习语言或工作语言的相关证明。
申请硕士、博士研究生专业：
汉语授课专业申请者需提供HSK-6，或提供汉语为学习语言或工作语言的相关证明; 英语授课专业申请者需提供托福网考（iBT）成绩80分以上，或雅思考试成绩6.0以上，或提供英语为学习语言或工作语言的相关证明。
4、申请长期进修生的，在校就读时间为大于等于一学年。

*2、学历学位证书和成绩单（非英语材料需提供经过认证的汉/英语翻译件）。申请硕士项目的，需要提供本科阶段的学历学位证书和成绩单；申请博士项目的，需要提供本科、硕士阶段的学历学位证书和成绩单。
*3、语言水平证明
*4、研究计划（中/英文，至少1500字）
*5、两封推荐信（推荐人需具有教授或副教授职称）
*6、中国石油大学（华东）导师接收信（中/英文，无格式要求）
*7、工作证明或者无犯罪记录证明（毕业超过12个月）
8、其他证书或证明（如获奖证书、获奖学金证明、发表文章）
说明：
1、带*表示必须满足的入学条件和必须提供的申请材料。
2、应届毕业生可以提供就读学校出具的预毕业证明。
3、扫描所有材料并上传至申请系统，无需邮寄。
四、申请日期
2018年4月1日-2018年7月1日
五、申请录取程序
第一步：完成在线申请
登录中国石油大学（华东）国际学生入学在线申请系统（https://upc.17gz.org/member/login.do），注册个人账号，进入系统后，填写申请信息并上传申请资料后，点击提交，完成申请。
第二步：公布录取结果
在收到申请后，2个星期内公布录取结果。
第三步：邮寄录取材料
公布录取结果后，2个星期内将发出录取材料。录取者请提前向招生办公室确认邮寄地址。
第四步：预订房间，支付押金。
奖学金获得者在收到学校通知后，须在规定时间内向国际教育学院宿管缴纳住宿押金1000元。奖学金新生房间将在每年7月份开始预留直至新生报到截至期限。宿管将在学生退宿时退还住宿押金。学校将不会退还住宿押金给因各种原因不能来校报到而放弃奖学金的新生。
第五步：在规定的时间内到学校报到，否则将被视为放弃奖学金资格。
