I. Scholarship content and criteria
1. Tuition: Graduate students: 5,000 RMB/person/academic year; Undergraduate students: 3,000 RMB/person/academic year
2. Living expenses: 1200 RMB/person/month (10 months in total)

III. Qualifications of Applicants
1. Applicants must have foreign nationality, hold a foreign passport, be friendly to China and be in good health.
2. No violation of school rules and regulations and Chinese laws and regulations during the study period.
3. Applicants should have appropriate Chinese language proficiency and provide relevant certificates, such as HSK certificates, other certificates of Chinese language learning and examination. Some majors which are taught directly in foreign languages can relax the conditions appropriately.
4. Excellent academic performance.
5. Have been awarded the school-level scholarships established by your school.
6. Have not been awarded any Chinese government scholarships.

Applicants mail or submit paper application materials to the College of International Education, Lanzhou University of Technology.
VI. Materials required for application (two copies)
1.Application Form for Gansu Province Silk Road Specialized Scholarship (available at the College of International Education or downloaded from the website of the College of International Education);
2. Notarized certificate of final academic qualifications;
3. Proof of school grades and performance issued by the school attended;
4. A certificate from the university where the international student is studying to prove that he/she has received a scholarship at the university level;
5. Photocopy of passport;
6. Health certificate (valid for one year);
7. Letter of recommendation.
Note: This scholarship is applied for once per year.
