二、资助类别、期限及授课语言
1.资助类别。硕士研究生和博士研究生。
2.资助期限。硕士研究生3学年；博士研究生4学年。资助期限为录取时确定的学习年限，包括专业学习和汉语补习的期限。
3.授课语言。硕士研究生、博士研究生专业一般采用汉语授课，部分专业可进行英语授课。
三、奖学金内容
1. 免交学费，住宿费
2. 生活费。生活费发放标准：
本科生：2,500元人民币/月
硕士研究生：3,000元人民币/月
博士研究生：3,500元人民币/月
3. 综合医疗保险
四、申请条件
1.申请者必须是非中国国籍公民，持有效外国护照。
2.申请者必须身体健康，品行端正，遵守中华人民共和国的法律、法规和我校的规章制度。
3.学历和年龄要求：
l 来华攻读硕士学位者，须具有学士学位，年龄不超过35岁；
l 来华攻读博士学位者，须具有硕士学位，年龄不超过40岁。
4. 英语授课的专业对申请者汉语水平不作要求,母语为非英语国家的申请者TOTEL成绩不低于90分或IELTS成绩不低于6.5分。
五、申请流程
1. 学校鼓励申请者提前自行联系我校相关专业导师，导师信息可在国际教育学院网站查询
（网址：http://sie.hebut.edu.cn/a/liuxuehegong/liuxueshengpeiyang/）。如相关专业导师同意接收，请导师将《河北工业大学留学生指导教师接收函》
（下载：http://sie.hebut.edu.cn/a/xiazaizhongxin/63.html）填写完整，并将扫描件发送给申请者。
2.申请者需要登录“国家留学基金委来华留学网上报名系统http://www.csc.edu.cn/laihua或 http://www.campuschina.org”完成网上报名。河北工业大学机构代码10080。
3. 申请者还需要登录“河北工业大学来华留学网上报名系统https://hebut.17gz.org/member/login.do”完成网上报名。申请者需要在此报名系统中提交《河北工业大学留学生指导教师接收函》的扫描件。
六、申请材料
1. 填写完整的《河北工业大学留学生指导教师接收函》，申请者信息、导师签字、学院领导签字、学院公章缺一不可。
2. 《中国政府奖学金申请表》（中文或英文）；
3. 经过公证的最高学历证明。如申请人为在校学生，须另外提交本人就读学校出具的在学证明。中英文以外文本须附经公证的中文或英文的译文；
4. 学习成绩单。中英文以外文本须附经公证的中文或英文的译文；
5. 来华学习和研究计划。用中文或英文书写（不少于800字）；
6. 推荐信。两名教授或副教授的推荐信，用中文或英文书写；
7. 申请学习音乐专业的学生须提交本人作品的光盘；申请学习美术专业的学生须提供本人2张素描画、2张色彩画以及2张其它作品的光盘；
8. 《外国人体格检查表》复印件。登录国家留学基金委网站http://www.csc.edu.cn/laihua 或 http://www.campuschina.org 下载，英文填写。申请人应严格按照《外国人体格检查表》中要求的项目进行检查。缺项、未贴本人照片或照片上未盖骑缝章、无医师和医院签字盖章的《外国人体格检查表》无效。检查结果有效期为6个月；
9. 已获得HSK成绩报告的，请将复印件附在申请材料中。
以上材料请按上述顺序在左上角装订成册（一式两册）。无论录取与否，申请材料均不返还。
七、录取及通知
1. 我校将对申请者的申请材料进行评审，择优录取。
2. 我校将在2018年7月以前向被录取者寄发《录取通知书》、《外国留学人员来华签证申请表》等材料，申请者可以在“河北工业大学来华留学网上报名系统https://hebut.17gz.org/member/login.do”中查询录取结果。询问录取结果的电子邮件，我校不予回复。
