湘潭大学优秀国际学生奖学金旨在奖励在我校勤奋学习、刻苦钻研、成绩优异的本科生、硕士研究生和博士研究生。
湘潭大学优秀国际学生奖学金奖励名额为每学年在校学历国际学生总人数的15%， 奖励金额为本科生3000元 /人·年、硕士研究生4000元 /人·年、博士研究生5000元 /人·年。
湘潭大学优秀国际学生奖学金申请条件：
（一）已在我校注册学习的攻读学历的国际学生；
（二）遵守中国法律法规，遵守湘潭大学校纪校规；
（三）学习态度端正，勤奋刻苦，无无故缺课、迟到、早退现象，上课出勤率不低于95%；
（四）学业成绩优异；
（五）积极参加我校组织的各类学生活动，表现良好。
因违反中国法律法规、校纪校规受处分者，不能参加湘潭大学优秀国际学生奖学金的评选。
湘潭大学优秀国际学生奖学金申请办法：
（一）申请时间：每年9月15日至9月25日，每学年评选一次；
（二）符合条件的申请人向所在院系提交以下申请材料：
1．《湘潭大学优秀国际学生奖学金申请表》
2．上一学年期末成绩单。
湘潭大学优秀国际学生奖学金由学生本人申请，接受院系推荐并签署申请意见，申请表交至国际交流学院留学生部办公室，由国际交流学院评审委员会评审。
