一、 简介
中国科学院大学（简称国科大）设立奖学金，支持外国优秀青年来校攻读硕士、博士学位，以及进修课程、学术访问和从事专题研究，鼓励外国高校在读研究生来校访学、联合培养。本奖学金分为全额奖学金和部分奖学金资助。全额奖学金内容包括免交学费，提供奖学金生活费、基本住宿和医疗保险四项。部分奖学金包括全额奖学金中的一项或几项。自2016学年起，全额奖学金重点用于资助研究生。
二、 资助内容
1. 国科大免学费
2. 提供奖学金生活费：硕士研究生、普通进修生2000元人民币/月，博士研究生、高级进修生和联合培养研究生2500元人民币/月。另，导师和研究所/学院根据奖学金生学习和科研情况提供奖助学金，使硕士研究生、普通进修生所能享受的奖学金生活费总额不低于3000元人民币/月；使博士研究生、高级进修生和联合培养研究生所能享受的奖学金生活费总额不低于3500元人民币/月。
3. 提供基本住宿：国科大为北京地区研究所及国科大各院系招收的全额奖学金生，以及参加集中教学的京外研究所奖学金生提供基本住宿。集中教学结束，奖学金生回所后，京外研究所协助奖学金生解决住宿，奖学金生需按研究所规定交纳住宿费用。
4. 提供综合医疗保险：保险费用一年期800元/人、半年期400元/人。有关保险内容请参阅留学保险网（www.lxbx.net）的来华留学生保险产品简介。
三、 资助期限 (不可延期)
1. 硕士研究生：不超过36个月；
2. 博士研究生：不超过36个月；
3. 联合培养研究生：6-24个月；
4. 普通进修生、高级进修生：6-24个月。
四、 申请条件
1. 符合中国科学院大学国际学生的入学申请资格（参阅中国科学院大学国际学生招生简章）；
2. 得到导师及研究所/学院的推荐；
3. 学习和科研态度端正、成绩优良；
4. 申请时未获得其他奖学金资助；
5. 年龄要求：
i. 硕士研究生：1988年1月1日（含）以后出生；
ii. 博士研究生：1983年1月1日（含）以后出生；
iii. 联合培养研究生：年龄不限；
iv. 普通进修生、高级进修生：年龄不超过40周岁；
6. 熟练掌握英语或汉语：若申请者母语非英语，则要求：a）本科阶段主要课程为英文授课，且在成绩单上明确标注；或b）TOEFL成绩不低于90分或IELTS成绩不低于6.5分；或c）新HSK等级考试五级（200分以上）；
7. 对联合培养研究生的其他要求：
i. 申请人须为外国高校在读研究生；
ii. 外方高校已与中科院/国科大/研究所签署了相关交流合作协议；
iii. 须于2018年11月前报到入学；
iv. 来校访学或联合培养时间不少于6个月。
8. 对进修生的其他要求：
i. 须于2018年11月前报到入学。
ii. 进修时间不少于6个月。
五、 申请步骤
1. 申请人确定符合申请资格。
2. 申请人联系并获得国科大一名导师接收。
3. 申请人提交网上入学申请http://adis.ucas.ac.cn。
4. 所需材料：
普通护照个人信息页扫描件（护照有效期须2年以上）；
两寸个人护照照片近照；
个人简历（需包含科研经历简介）；
学位证明原件的扫描件；
学习成绩单原件的扫描件；
英语或汉语水平证明；
详细的研究计划；
已发表的具有代表性的最多5篇学术论文题录及论文首页复印件的扫描件（如有），请勿提供未经发表的论文。
两位教授或相当职称的学者的推荐信；
