III. Kualifikasi Pendaftar
1. Pelamar harus berkewarganegaraan asing, memegang paspor asing, ramah terhadap Tiongkok dan dalam keadaan sehat.
2. Tidak melanggar peraturan dan tata tertib sekolah serta hukum dan peraturan Tiongkok selama masa studi.
3. Pendaftar harus memiliki kemampuan bahasa Mandarin yang sesuai dan memberikan sertifikat yang relevan, seperti sertifikat HSK, sertifikat pembelajaran bahasa Mandarin lainnya dan sertifikat ujian bahasa Mandarin. Beberapa jurusan yang secara langsung diajarkan dalam bahasa asing dapat melonggarkan persyaratan dengan tepat.
4. Prestasi akademik yang sangat baik.
5. Telah mendapatkan beasiswa tingkat sekolah yang ditetapkan oleh sekolah Anda.
6. Belum pernah mendapatkan beasiswa dari Pemerintah Tiongkok.

Pelamar mengirimkan atau menyerahkan berkas lamaran melalui pos ke Sekolah Tinggi Pendidikan Internasional, Universitas Teknologi Lanzhou.
VI. Bahan-bahan yang diperlukan untuk aplikasi (dua salinan)
1.Formulir Pendaftaran Beasiswa Khusus Jalur Sutra Provinsi Gansu (tersedia di Sekolah Tinggi Pendidikan Internasional atau diunduh dari situs web Sekolah Tinggi Pendidikan Internasional);
2. Sertifikat kualifikasi akademik terakhir yang diaktakan;
3. Bukti nilai dan prestasi sekolah yang dikeluarkan oleh sekolah yang diikuti;
4. Surat keterangan dari universitas tempat siswa internasional belajar untuk membuktikan bahwa ia telah menerima beasiswa di tingkat universitas;
5. Fotokopi paspor;
6. Surat keterangan kesehatan (berlaku selama satu tahun);
7. Surat rekomendasi.
Catatan: Beasiswa ini berlaku satu kali per tahun.
