Single Scholarship for Outstanding Foreign Students of East China Normal University

申请资格
1） 正常在校注册的二年级及以上各类公费、自费留学生均可申请（本科插班生须在校学习一年以上，进修生须在校学习一学期以上）
2） 学业单项奖：在学期间学习成绩良好，或国内外各类比赛获奖者（本科生）；学习成绩良好，上一学年在中国或国际核心刊物以第一或第二作者发表论文或在国内外学术会议上宣读论文或做主要发言（研究生）；
3） 活动单项奖：积极组织、参加学校或院系各类艺术、体育及社会公益活动（两次以上），并有突出贡献的在校留学生。
奖励金额：5千元
凡在参评学年内，有下列情况之一者，一般不具备奖学金的申请资格
1） 参评学年因违法违纪受到各种处分尚未解除者，或受校、院系通报批评者；
2） 上一学年度申请休学、保留学籍或延长学制的学生；上一学年不在中国境内的，不得参加奖学金评选；
3） 参评学年内必修课、选修课（含公共选修课）的考试考查中有课程不及格者一般情况下不能获得奖学金。
注：1、学生可同时申请不同项奖学金，但最终只能获得其中一项。
2、若无符合奖项评审要求的学生，奖项将空缺。
3、奖学金具体评审要求与名额以当年发布的通知为准。
申请材料
1、申请表（附件中下载）；
2、上一学年（进修生为上一学期）的成绩单及出勤记录；
3、院系推荐信；
4、其他证明个人上一学年度参加各类活动或所获奖项的证书或图文材料。
注：上述申请材料务必真实有效，若有作假，一经查实，将取消奖学金资格。
评审流程
1、学生向所在院系提交申请材料。
2、院系评审，由院系统一将申请材料交至留学生办公室。
3、组织面试，相关部门评审，确定奖学金生名单。
4、录取结果在留学生办公室网站公示。
5、发放奖学金及证书。
