China Academy of Art Zhejiang Provincial Government Scholarship for International Students in China

为鼓励和资助有意来浙江省学习、品学兼优，对中国友好的优秀国际学生（自费生），浙江省政府设立“浙江省政府来华留学生奖学金”。根据《浙江省政府来华留学生奖学金管理办法》进行评选。
一、奖学金内容和标准
奖学金分A、B二类，用于资助优秀国际学生。
主要用途：缴纳注册费、学费、基本教材费、住宿费、重大疾病与意外事故保险等。实行相应的奖励标准：
1.A类奖学金（研究生）：30000人民币/年。
2.B类奖学金（本科生）：20000人民币/年。
申请人应按照A类、B类奖学金规定的条件，在规定期限内向学校提出书面申请，每学年一次，符合条件的国际学生可连续申请。
二、开放专业
中国美术学院开设的全部专业。
三、申请人资格
1. 申请人为对华友好、身体健康、入学时专业审核优良的外籍新生或在读期间品学兼优的外籍学生。
2. 本科生（30周岁以下）、硕士生（35周岁以下）和博士生（40周岁以下）每学年专业考试成绩合格以上者，根据成绩排名，参加评选。
3. 申请人未同时获得其它各类奖学金资助。
4. 申请者须积极参加浙江省政府和学校组织的各类活动。

四、申请流程
1. 请登陆：http://admission.caa.edu.cn/上“下载”，下载并完成填写《浙江省政府国际学生奖学金申请表》，交给本专业院系办公室审批，专业院系审批后，由院系统一交至国际教育学院审批。
2. 由国际教育学院根据《关于“浙江省政府国际学生奖学金”管理办法》，对申报者的各项条件进行初评，选出推荐人选，交总院主管领导审核批准。
3. 经总院主管领导审定批复的得奖人名单将在校内予以张榜公示一周，并于每年9月15日前上报浙江省教育厅。
五、申请所需材料
1、《浙江省政府来华留学生奖学金申请表》；
2、经公证的学历证明与成绩单的复印件；
3、护照复印件；
4、健康证明；
5、硕士博士研究生需要提交2封推荐信。
注：该奖学金每年9月评选一次，评审合格者，方能享受该学年奖学金。
