南京市政府奖学金由江苏省南京市政府设立，旨在支持更多优秀的外国留学生在南京学习和进行科学研究。
受南京市政府委托，中国药科大学向各国招收优秀南京市政府奖学金生来我校学习。
一、 申请人类别和奖学金

注：此奖学金主要针对新生开放申请，其奖学金期限是1年。现于我校就读的学生同样可以提交申请，我们将会基于学生前一学年在校成绩和表现来评定。
二、申请条件
(一) 持有外国国籍的公民，对华友好，身体健康。
(二) 教育背景及年龄限制：
1. 申请人就读本科生，应获得相当于中国高级中学毕业的学历或证书，年龄一般不超过25周岁；
2. 申请人就读硕士研究生，应具有学士学位或相当学历，年龄一般不超过35周岁；
3. 申请人就读博士研究生，应具有硕士学位或相当学历，年龄一般不超过40周岁；
4. 进修生必须获得学士学位。
(三) 申请人需成成绩优秀。
(四) 申请人需有一定的科研能力。
三、专业选择
请仔细阅读所有专业介绍，http://international.cpu.edu.cn，硕士和博士生应再申请时提前联系导师，并于申请材料中附上导师推荐信。
四、申请材料
申请者应准备好如下材料，并邮寄至国际交流合作处，所有申请材料一式两份，恕不返还。
(一) 填写完整的《南京市政府外国留学生奖学金申请表》；
(二) 填写完整的中国药科大学留学生申请表
(三) 护照复印件
(四) 经公证的学历证明与成绩单的复印件，如果申请人是大学生或者已就业人员，则需提交在读证明或在职证明。如果原件不是汉语或英语请附上翻译件。
(五) 汉语授课学生提交相应的语言证明复印件。
(六) 学习或者研究计划书。（中文或者英文书写，不少于800字）
(七) 2名教授或副教授的推荐信，以中文或英文书写。（推荐信中应当包含教授的签名、联系电话、电子邮箱等信息）
(八) 已出版学术论文获取他学术奖项复印件。（如果适用的话）
(九) 《外国人体格检查表》复印件
申请人需严格参加《外国人体格检查表》中列出的所有项目。体检项目缺项、无主治医生签名或缺少医院的官方印章、未贴申请人密封照片的体检表都视为无效。体检结果有效期为6个月。所有申请者都需要将时间因素考虑在内。
注：以上材料应以中文或英文书写，如原件以其他语言书写，则须随材料附上英文或中文翻译件
五、网上申请
所有申请者必须进行网上申请并上传所需文件，申请地址：http://admission.cpu.edu.cn/apply
六、截止日期
2018年6月15日
七、录取
(一) 中国药科大学负责审查所有学生的申请材料，根据学生的综合竞争力能力，学习成绩和其他能力进行奖学金评定。
(二) 所有奖学金候选人须按学校出具的预接收函在规定时间内支付押金，押金支付确认后由学校发放录取通知书和签证申请表。
(三) 如学生未能按时支付押金或按时注册，取消奖学金名额。
