为进一步加强国际交流与合作，吸引和鼓励来自世界不同国家和地区的国际学生来校学习，努力打造“留学郑大”国际品牌，学校特设立“郑州大学校长奖学金”（简称奖学金）。

注：学籍注册、授课教材、论文答辩、健康检查、医疗保险、医疗门诊和居留许可等费用自理。
1、学 费。学费包括奖学金生的培养和管理等费用。
2、住宿费。住宿费即为奖学金生提供校内公寓住宿的补贴费用。
3、生活费。生活费由学校按月发放。奖学金生当月十五日（含十五日）之前到校注册的，发给全月生活费；十五日以后注册的，发给半个月生活费；毕业生的生活费发至学校确定的毕业之日以后的半个月；奖学金生在学期间（正常假期除外）因个人原因离华时间超过15天的，其离华期间生活费停发。
三、授课语言及专业设置
授课语言一般为汉语，部分专业授课语言为英语。详情可登录（http://international.zzu.edu.cn/）查阅相关信息。
四、申请时间
春季入学：当年11月1日至来年12月31日
秋季入学：当年3月1日至当年6月30日（所有学生）
五、申请条件
1、非中国籍公民，身体健康，无犯罪记录；
2、遵守中国的法律法规，遵守学校的规章制度；
3、学习态度端正，学习成绩优秀；
4、申请人的学历和年龄要求：
l 硕士研究生项目申请人，须具有学士学位，年龄一般不超过35周岁；
l 博士研究生项目申请人，须具硕士学位，年龄一般不超过45周岁；
5、申请人的语言能力要求：
l 申请攻读中文授课博士研究生、硕士研究生，新汉语水平考试成绩须分别在6级210分及以上、5级210分及以上（或同等水平）；
l 申请攻读英文授课博士研究生、硕士研究生如来自非英语系国家，雅思考试成绩须分别达到6.5分以上（或同等水平）；
注：申请人若已获得中国政府奖学金、孔子学院奖学金、外国政府奖学金、外国企业奖学金、中国地方政府奖学金、中国企业奖学金或其它各级各类奖学金，则不能申请本奖学金。
六、申请材料
申请人必须如实填写和提交以下申请材料：
1、最高学历证明原件或经过公证的复印件，中英文以外文本须附经过公证的中文或英文译文；
2、硕士生、博士生项目申请人，须分别提供学士学习阶段成绩单、学士和硕士学习阶段成绩单原件或经过公证的复印件，中英文以外文本须附经过公证的中文或英文译文；
3、硕士生、博士生项目申请人，须分别提供不少于600字的研究计划和不少于1000字的研究方案，用中文或英文书写；
4、硕士生、博士生项目申请人，须分别提供两封副教授或教授的推荐信，用中文或英文书写；
5、音乐、美术等艺术专业项目申请人须根据学校要求提交本人创作的有关作品；
6、官方认可的汉语水平或英语水平证明或同等语言能力证明；
7、《外国人体格检查记录表》和血液检查报告单原件或经过公证的复印件，用中文或英文填写；
8、无犯罪记录证明原件或经过公证的复印件，中英文以外文本须附经过公证的中文或英文译文；
七、申请流程
1、登录“留学郑大”网站（http://www5.zzu.edu.cn/sie）查询相关学科专业信息及授课语言；
2、根据“申请材料”清单要求准备相应的完整申请材料；
3、登录“郑州大学国际学生入学在线申请平台”（http://apply.zzu.edu.cn/）提交在线申请。
八、录取程序
1、学校对申请情况进行综合评价，并于每年1月30日和7月15日前在“留学郑大”网站上公布最终获奖名单；
2、学校于每年1月20日和7月5日前通过邮件或电话将录取结果通知奖学金获得者本人，并告知后续信息；
3、学校于每年1月30日和7月15日前将《录取通知书》和《外国留学人员来华签证申请表》等录取材料通过国际快递寄送给奖学金获得者本人。
九、签证办理
奖学金生持本人普通护照、《录取通知书》、《外国留学人员来华签证申请表》、《外国人体格检查记录表》和血液检查报告单到中国驻其所在国使领馆申请来华学习签证。持其他类型护照和签证来华学习者，均被视为自动放弃奖学金资格。
十、报到注册
奖学金生应持本人护照、《录取通知书》和《外国留学人员来华签证申请表》，在各学校规定的时间内到校报到并办理注册手续。因故不能按期报到者，应当以书面形式并附相关证明材料向学校请假。请假时间原则上不超过两周，未请假或请假时间超过规定期限者，均视为自动放弃入学资格和奖学金资格。奖学金生提前来校所发生的费用自理。
十一、健康检查及居留登记
1、奖学金生抵达学校24小时内，由学校登记住宿并向辖区派出所报备；
2、奖学金生须在抵达学校后7天内，到当地卫生检疫部门进行健康检查。拒不接受检查或经检查发现患有中国法律规定不得入境的疾病者，将被勒令限期离境，奖学金资格亦自动取消；
3、奖学金生须从来华之日起30天内，通过健康检查后，到当地出入境管理部门办理居留许可手续。
十二、专业变更、转学和延期
奖学金生来华后原则上不得变更专业、转学和延长学习期限。如有特殊情况需要变更专业、转学和延长学习期限，须由奖学金生录取学校向省教育厅提出申请，经批准后方可变更、转学或延长学习期限。未经批准而自行变更专业、转学或延期学习期限，将被取消奖学金生资格。
十三、奖学金年度评审
为充分发挥奖学金的激励作用，郑州大学将对学习期限在1学年以上的奖学金生进行年度评审，决定下一学年度是否对其继续资助。
