上海中医药大学设立的外籍研究生学位助学金，主要用以资助申请修读上海中医药大学全日制研究生的优秀留学生。
一、申请资格
1、拥有外国国籍的公民，身体健康；
2、遵守中国政府的法律法规，遵守学校的规章制度；
3、为全日制研究生，学习态度端正，成绩优异；
4、未获得中国政府奖学金（不含中国政府优秀自费生奖学金）、上海市政府奖学金、上海中医药大学外籍研究生学科奖助学金（全奖）。
二、助学金金额及资助内容
1、助学金类别与资助标准：
上海中医药大学外籍研究生学位助学金分为A类、B类、C类3类。A类助学金人民币8000元，B类助学金人民币6000元，C类助学金人民币4000元。
2、资助对象：
①申请上海中医药大学全日制硕士研究生专业的来华留学生，在入学前已有下述学位或资历，资助标准如下：
A类：入学前已获得2个（含2个）以上硕士学位（包括双硕士学位课程）或已获得博士学位的，一次性资助人民币8000元；
B类：入学前已获得硕士学位，一次性资助人民币6000元；
C类：我校毕业的优秀本科生，GPA≥3.0，经奖助学金评审小组审核，择优录取，一次性资助人民币4000元。
②申请上海中医药大学博士专业的来华留学生，在入学前已有下述学位或资历,资助标准如下：
A类:全日制博士研究生在入学前已获得一个博士学位的，一次性资助人民币8000元;
B类:我校毕业的硕士研究生(含七年制)，或入学前已获得两个及以上硕士学位的学生申请全日制博士研究生；以及在入学前已获得一个博士学位或两个及以上硕士学位的学生申请兼读制博士研究生，一次性资助人民币6000元;
C类: 全日制博士研究生在入学前已获得外校（含国外大学）的中医学、医学或理学（药）学科硕士学位，参与过一定级别的科研项目或发表过重要学术论文的，一次性资助人民币4000元。
三、申请材料
1、最高学历（学位）证明原件或公证件。如申请人为在校学生，需提交本人就读学校出具的在学证明，录取后需补交学历证明原件或公证件。中英文以外文本需附经公证的中文或英文的译文。
2、科研经历与科研成果证明材料复印件。
3、申请人必须保证所提供材料的真实性，如果被发现造假将取消其获得助学金的资格，一切后果由申请人自己承担；
4、申请材料不全者不予受理。无论录取与否，申请材料均不退还。
四、申请时间
2018年3月15日为截止申请日期。
五、助学金评审
1、学校将组成助学金评审委员会对申请人的材料进行审核。
2、助学金评审委员会将根据需要，通过面试、电话面试、Email等各种形式对申请者进行审核。
3、学校将以书面的形式将审核结果及时通知申请者本人。
六、注意事项
1、入学后，由留学生办公室公示当学年享受助学金生名单，公示期限不得少于3个工作日。公示无异议的名单由院部审核后由留学生办公室公布。
2、留学生需支付全额当年度学费后，方可发放学前助学金。如发放之前因违反中国法律法规、违反学校的纪律和规章制度而受到处分或退学者，则将取消当年度助学金。
3、中外合作培养的研究生以合作双方协议内容为准。
七、其他
本细则自发布之日生效，自2016级起适用本细则。该实施细则解释权归上海中医药大学所有。
