二、开放专业
浙江理工大学开设的所有硕士和博士专业均可申请。
三、资助期限
1. 硕士研究生：3年
2. 博士研究生：3.5年
四、奖学金申请条件
1. 基本条件：
（1）申请人就读硕士研究生，应具有学士学位或相当学历，有2名教授或副教授的推荐信，年龄在35周岁以下。
（2）申请人就读博士研究生，应具有硕士学位或相当学历，有2名教授或副教授的推荐信，年龄在40周岁以下。
2. 语言条件：
（1）申请中文授课者：
l 艺术类：新HSK4级180分及以上；
l 理、工、经、管类：新HSK4级195分及以上；
l 文、法类：新HSK4级210分及以上；
（2）申请英文授课者，至少满足以下条件中一项：
l 母语为英语；
l 高中或大学教育为英语授课；
l 托福：80（IBT）及以上或550（PBT）及以上；
l 雅思：5.5分及以上；
3. 其他条件：
（1）申请人须拥有外国国籍、持有外国护照，对华友好，身心健康。
（2）申请人必须表现良好，将遵守中国法律法规和校规校纪。
（3）申请人前一学习阶段成绩优良。
（4）未同时获得中国政府、浙江省政府及其他各类奖学金。

六、申请流程及途径
1. 将申请材料邮寄到：浙江省杭州市下沙高教园区2号大街，浙江理工大学留学生办公室（行政楼229室），邮编：310018
2. 将申请材料的扫描件或电子版发到admission2@zstu.edu.cn
七、申请材料
1．《浙江理工大学外国留学生校长奖学金申请表》
（用中文或英文填写）
2. 护照复印件
3．经过公证的最高学历证明。如申请人为在校学生，需另外提交本人就读学校出具的在学证明。中英文以外文本须附经公证的中文或英文的译文。
4. 大学阶段的学习成绩单。中英文以外文本须附经公证的中文或英文的译文。
5. 来华学习或研究计划，用中文或英文书写。内容应包括个人学习、工作经历、学术研究成果、硕士或博士阶段拟选择的研究领域及研究计划、毕业后的个人发展目标等。
6. 两名教授或副教授的推荐信，用中文或英文书写。
7. 《外国人体格检查表》（复印件）。此表格由中国卫生检疫部门统一印制，需用中文或英文填写。申请人应严格按照《外国人体格检查记录》中要求的项目进行检查。缺项、未贴本人照片或照片上未盖骑缝章、无医生和医院签字盖章的《外国人体格检查记录》无效。鉴于检查结果有效期为6个月，请申请人据此确定本人进行体检的时间。
8. 语言成绩证明（HSK证书或托福、雅思成绩单等）
9. 发表的学术论文或其他学术成果（如有）
10. 其他所需材料（以届时通知为准）
