天津大学建筑工程学院现有土木工程、水利工程及船舶与海洋工程三个一级学科，其中水利工程一级学科及结构工程二级学科为国家重点学科，船舶与海洋结构物设计制造学科为天津市重点学科。学院具有悠久的办学历史和深厚的学术积淀，多年来，培养出一代代优秀工程技术人才和管理人才。
一、奖学金介绍
天津大学建筑工程学院设立留学生奖学金，资助在学院攻读硕士学位的优秀外国学生。建工学院硕士留学生奖学金，资助标准如下：

二、申请条件
1.非中国籍公民，持有国外有效护照，身体健康；
2.申请人学历及年龄要求：来华攻读硕士学位者，须有可认可的本科学历证明，年龄不超过40岁。
三、申请材料
申请人必须如实填写和提交以下申请材料：
1．《天津大学外国留学生入学申请表》、《天津大学外国留学生奖学金申请表（建工）》用中文或英文打字录入，并贴上照片；
2. 经过公证的最高学历证明。如申请人为在校学生，需提交本人就读学校出具的预计毕业证明，录取后需补交学历证明原件或公证件。如申请人已就业，需提交本人就业单位出具的在职证明。中英文以外文本需附经公证的中文或英文的译文；
3. 学习成绩单。中英文以外文本需附经公证的中文或英文的译文；
4. 护照复印件；
5. 如申请中文授课，HSK考试达到四级水平(成绩180分以上)；如申请英文授课，托福考试成绩达到80分或雅思成绩达到6.0，也可以参加天津大学自行组织的语言水平测试；
6.无犯罪记录证明；
7.须提交《来华学习研究计划》，字数不少于800字，用中文或英文书写；
8.申请攻读硕士学位者，须提交两名副教授以上职称专业教师的推荐信，用中文或英文书写；
四、申请流程
1.申请人填写《外国留学生入学申请表》及 《天津大学外国留学生奖学金申请表（建工）》；
2.在每年6月底前将上述申请表及其它申请材料（一份正本和一份副本）提交至天津大学外国留学生招生办公室；
3.2017年7月底，天津大学公布录取人员名单；
4.天津大学向被录取人员发放《录取通知书》和《外国留学生来华签证申请表》（JW202表）；
5.被录取人员来校注册，（具体时间以《录取通知书》为准。
