I. Targets, duration and eligibility criteria for the provision of scholarships
Scholarships for undergraduate students are offered to those who apply for bachelor's degree at Harbin Normal University for a period of four academic years. Applicants should have an academic degree equivalent to graduation from a senior secondary school in China, have excellent academic performance and be no older than 25 years old.
Master's Degree Scholarships: for those who apply for master's degree in Harbin Normal University, the duration of specialized study is three academic years. Applicants should have a bachelor's degree, excellent academic performance and recommendations from two professors or associate professors, and will be admitted to the University after passing our entrance examination, and their age is below 35 years old.
Doctoral Scholarships: offered to applicants who apply to Harbin Normal University for doctoral degree, with the duration of professional study being 3-4 academic years. Applicants should have a master's degree, excellent academic performance and recommendations from two professors or associate professors, will be admitted to the University after passing the entrance examination of the University, and be under 40 years old.
II. Scholarship Contents
The Heilongjiang Provincial Government Scholarship will provide students with registration fee, tuition fee, basic textbook fee, accommodation fee and comprehensive medical insurance. International travel and living expenses are at their own expense. Scholarship students who request to conduct experiments or internships beyond the school's teaching program will be responsible for their own expenses.
Application Period
Applicants can obtain the enrollment prospectus for the following year from the International Student Admissions Office in December each year and submit all the documents before April 1st.
