一、奖学金内容
全额奖学金，具体包括：
1、免交学费，提供免费校内住宿；
2、提供生活费；3,500元人民币/月
3、提供来华留学生综合医疗保险；
奖学金期限与我校各博士专业学制相同（一般3-3.5年），具体以录取通知书上规定的学习时间为准。
二、申请截止时间：5月20日。
三、申请人资格
1、符合浙江大学外国留学博士生入学申请资格。请参阅2017博士研究生招生简章(点击查看）。
2、毕业于世界前500名大学（可参考QS, ARWU, US News, Times Higher等机构2016年世界大学排行榜）或本国顶尖大学，具有硕士学位，年龄不超过40周岁。
3、学业优秀，具有较好的学术发展潜力。
4、已被我校教授同意接收，且接收教授具有“两高”博士生项目招生资格。
5、未同时获得其他各类奖学金或资助。
四、申请方式
申请人先通过我校相关院系网站，自行联系相关教授确认能否申请“两高”博士生项目。再通过浙江大学国际教育学院网站(http://iczu.zju.edu.cn)完成在线申请，并将纸质版申请材料递交或邮寄至浙江大学国际教育学院研究生管理办公室。
注：请同时向接收教授提供一份电子版申请材料。
五、申请材料提供
1、浙江大学留学生入学申请表。通过浙江大学留学生招生报名系统填写和提交电子报名信息，并打印《浙江大学留学生入学申请表》，本人签名并贴照片。
2、《浙江大学外国留学生奖学金—“两高”博士生项目申请表》。用浙江大学留学生招生报名系统相同的用户名和密码登录奖学金申请页面，登录后点击页面左下侧“两高”工程博士生项目申请，提交、打印《浙江大学外国留学生奖学金—“两高”博士生项目申请表》，本人签名并贴照片。
3、个人普通护照复印件。
4、浙江大学教授接收、推荐外国留学生意向表。
5、最高学历证明原件或公证件。如申请人为在校学生，需提交本人就读学校出具的在学证明，录取后需补交学历证明原件或公证件。中英文以外文本需附经公证的中文或英文的译文。
6、成绩单原件或公证件。中英文以外文本需附经公证的中文或英文的译文。
7、语言（汉语或英语）水平考试成绩复印件。汉语授课专业申请者提供HSK等级证书复印件。英语授课专业申请者提供TOEFL或IELTS成绩证明（母语为英语者无须提供）。
8、个人陈述。用中文或英文撰写。内容包括个人的学习、工作经历，申请理由和研究计划。
9、两位教授或副教授的推荐信（除浙江大学接收教授以外）。用中文或英文撰写，推荐人签字并附联系电话及Email。
10、发表过的学术论文或学术成果（如有）。
11、申请费的银行汇款凭证（申请费400元人民币）。
