l 奖学金内容和标准
中国政府奖学金由教育部负责对外提供，并委托国家留学基金管理委员会(Chinese
Scholarships Council，简称CSC)具体负责享受中国政府奖学金来华留学的国际学生的招生及日常事务的管理工作。
奖学金面向所有本科、硕士和博士专业。内容包括：
1、免交注册费、学费和校内住宿费；
2、提供奖学金生活费；
3、提供一次性安置补助费；
4、提供中国政府奖学金来华留学生综合医疗保险
l 开放专业
云南民族大学所有的本科、硕士和博士专业均可接受申请。
l 申请人资格
1、申请人须为非中国籍公民，且身体健康；奖学金招收只用于招收新生，不向已经在华的学生提供。
2、来华攻读学士学位者，须具有学士学位，HSK3级或以上，年龄不超过30周岁；
3、来华攻读硕士学位者，须具有学士学位，HSK4级或以上，年龄不超过35周岁；
4、来华攻读博士学位者，须具有硕士学位，HSK4级或以上，年龄不超过40周岁。
l 申请日期
每年2月初-3月底
l 申请途径
申请者登录留学基金委来华留学网站http://laihua.csc.edu.cn学校机构代码：10691，进行网上报名，申请成功后，将《中国政府奖学金申请表》连同下列纸质申请材料于截止日期前寄达我校。
l 申请材料（一式两份）
1、《中国政府奖学金申请表》（申请人须用中文或英文填写并签名）；
2、护照照片页复印件；
3、经过公证的最高学历证明(即：最高学历毕业证书和学位证书)；如申请人为在校学生或已就业，需另外提交本人就读学校出具的在学证明或就业单位出具的在职证明。中英文以外文本需附经公证的中文或英文的译文；
4、学习成绩单复印件，中英文以外文本需附经公证的中文或英文的译文；
5、来华学习或研究计划；（用中文或英文书写,申请人须签字）
6、推荐信，仅限申请硕士和博士专业的须提交两名教授或副教授的推荐信；（用中文或英文书写,须注明副教授或教授职称）
7、《外国人体格检查记录》复印件，原件请于来华时随身携带；
8、具有HSK4以上证书申请者优先考虑，并提交HSK证书及成绩单复印件。
注：无论申请人是否被录取，上述申请材料恕不退还。
l 录取及通知
云南民族大学将组织校内专家组对申请人进行评选，并报送中国国家留学基金委审核，录取后由云南民族大学为学生寄送《JW201表》及《录取通知书》，并将奖学金获得者名单公布在云南民族大学外国留学生院网站上。请申请者关注外国留学生院网站上的公告。获奖者入学后原则上不得转学、转专业及学习期限。
