1.奖学金内容和标准
为激励我校自费来华留学生的学习积极性和主动性，培养留学生“知华友华，守法爱校，好学上进”，
特设立福建医科大学优秀自费来华留学生奖学金。评选人数占专业年级自费来华留学生总人数的18%以内，设三个等级。其中一等奖占3%，奖金7000元/年；二等奖占6%，奖金5000元/年；三等奖占9%，奖金3000元/年。
2.开放专业
本办法适用于具有我校学籍的全日制自费来华留学生。
3.申请人资格
（1）为具有我校学籍在读一年级以上的全日制自费本科来华留学生；
（2）遵守中华人民共和国的法律法规，遵守福建医科大学及海外教育学院的规章制度；
（3）学年综合成绩在本年级（班）的前60%及以内。
有以下情况之一者，本学年不能参评以上奖学金：
（1）学年内违反校纪校规受到警告及以上处分；
（2）一个学期内缺勤累计达20个学时及以上者；
（3）学年内有一门及以上必修课课程考核不及格；
（4）拖欠学费、住宿费、保险费等其他费用。
（5）进入临床实习阶段后不再参评福建医科大学校优秀自费来华留学生奖学金。
4.申请日期
每学年开学后三个月内
5.申请流程/途径
（1）学生以书面形式向辅导员提出申请。
（2）辅导员进行资格审核后报海外教育学院学生奖励评审工作领导小组。
（3）海外教育学院学生奖励评审工作领导小组根据学生学年综合成绩进行初评，初评结果在学院内公示3个工作日无异议后，报校来华留学生奖励评审工作领导小组办公室。
（4）校来华留学生奖励评审工作领导小组办公室提交校来华留学生奖励评审工作领导小组审批，校内公示3个工作日无异议后公布评审结果。
