一、 奖学金内容和标准：
“留学江财”奖学金分为：
A类奖学金：授予来华留学博士生
B类奖学金：授予来华留学硕士生
C类奖学金：授予来华留学本科生
D类奖学金：授予在我校学习一学期及以上的来华进修生及交换生
二、 资助名额：
1.“留学江财”奖学金每年资助名额不超过本年度留学生总数的 15％
2. “留学江财”奖学金每年资助总金额不超过二十万元人民币。
3. 在符合资助标准的前提下，由国际交流合作处确定每年 A、B、C、D 各类别及等级设置数量。
三、 资助标准：
A类奖学金标准
一等奖学金：每人每年 22000元人民币
二等奖学金：每人每年 11000元人民币
三等奖学金：每人每年 5500元人民币
B类奖学金标准
一等奖学金：每人每年 16000元人民币
二等奖学金：每人每年 8000元人民币
三等奖学金：每人每年 4000元人民币
C类奖学金标准
一等奖学金：每人每年 14000元人民币
二等奖学金：每人每年 7000元人民币
三等奖学金：每人每年 3500元人民币
D类奖学金标准
一等奖：每人每年 12000元人民币
二等奖：每人每年 6000元人民币
三等奖：每人每年 3000元人民币
四、 奖学金开放专业：所有专业
五、 申请人资格：
1. “留学江财”奖学金授予被我校正式录取且评审决定授予其相应奖学金的留学生新生，或已经在校就读经评审决定授予其相应奖学金的留学生。
2. “留学江财”奖学金生应拥有外国国籍、持有外国护照，对华友好，身体健康, 模范遵守中国政府的法律法规及我校各项规定制度。
3. “A类奖学金”授予入学年龄在 40周岁以下（含 40周岁）的博士留学生。
“B类奖学金”授予入学年龄在 35周岁以下（含 35周岁）的硕士留学生。
“C 类奖学金”授予入学年龄在 30 周岁以下（含 30周岁）的本科留学生。
“D类奖学金”授予非学历进修生、交换生等，无年龄限制。
4. 申请“留学江财”奖学金的新生，应有较好的前期学习成绩、学术背景，遵纪守法，有完整合理的学习规划。
5. 申请“留学江财”奖学金的在校留学生应符合下列条件:
（1）学习成绩优良；
（2）无无故旷课等违反校纪校规行为；
（3）积极参加留学生活动；
（4）积极选修中文及中国文化类课程，取得较好成绩。
或虽未选修相关课程，但汉语水平进步较大；
（5）有两名校内推荐人；
（6）未获得其它奖学金资助。
六、 申请日期：
“留学江财”奖学金每学年申请一次。申请截止时间以每年公布的招生简章为准。
七、 申请流程：准备好相关材料按时提交至校国际合作与交流处审核。
八、申请所需材料：
申请材料一式二份，包括：
（1）《江西财经大学外国留学生奖学金申请表》
（2）经公证的学历证明与成绩单的复印件(申请来校学习的新生提供)；我校成绩单(已在校就读学历的申请供)
（3）护照复印件
（4）健康证明
（5）两封推荐信
（6）来华学习计划及品行鉴定书（申请来校学习的新生需提供）;班主任对申请者在校学习一年表现鉴定(已就读学历项目的申请者提供)
（7）原则上修读中文授课专业本科生应提供 HSK 四级或以上汉语水平证书，中文授课专业硕士生、博士生提供，HSK五级或以上汉语水平证书。
九、发放形式：
“留学江财”奖学金冲抵留学生应缴纳学费等费用，或划拨给相关部门、学院作为留学生教育经费，原则上不以现金的形式发放给留学生。
十、受理部门：
本制度由江西财经大学国际合作与交流处负责解释。
