1.Scholarship content and criteria
Gannan Normal University (GNU) has set up GNU One Belt One Road Scholarship Program since 2017, providing 30 scholarships every year to attract outstanding international students to study language courses, undergraduate courses and master's courses in GNU. Scholarship content: 6,000 RMB per year for language students, 6,000 RMB per year for undergraduate students and 9,000 RMB per year for master students.
2.Open Majors
All taught programs or majors are open for application.
3.Applicant Qualifications
Non-Chinese citizens, in good health, not older than 35 years old.
4.Application Date
March 1st - June 30th every year.
5.Application process/route
Mail the requested materials to our contact address or send an electronic copy of the requested materials to our contact e-mail address.
6.Required materials for application
(1) The front page of your passport;
(2) Notarized certificate of highest education. If the applicant is a student, he/she must submit a certificate of enrollment issued by the school he/she is attending. A notarized translation of the documents into Chinese or English must be attached to the documents in languages other than Chinese or English;
(3) Academic transcripts. A notarized translation into Chinese or English must be attached to both the English and Chinese versions;
(4) Study or research program in China. (Not less than 500 words, written in English);
(5) Alien Physical Examination Form.
(6) Applicants for the Master's program must submit letters of recommendation from two professors or associate professors.
