为扩大中国与南亚各国人文交流，推进南亚各国汉语教师本土化建设，孔子学院总部/国家汉办（以下简称汉办）设立孔子学院奖学金南亚国家汉语师资班项目。
申请对象国籍：孟加拉国、尼泊尔、巴基斯坦、斯里兰卡、阿富汗、马尔代夫、印度
资助项目与报名条件：
一.汉语国际教育硕士
资助期限：2学年
报名条件:
1、非中国籍,年龄35周岁以下,具有学士学位或相当学历;
2、汉语水平须达到HSK五级180分,HSKK中级60分;
3、须与汉办签订协议;提供毕业后拟任教机构工作协议或相关证明者优先。
资助办法:
1、免学费、住宿费，发放生活费3000元人民币/月;
2、每学年提供1次往返本国居住地与就读院校最近距离飞机经济舱机票。
注：入学后，所有奖学金生须参加年度评审，学习成绩和汉语水平测试达到评审要求后方可在第二学年继续享受奖学金。
二.汉语国际教育本科、预科+本科(1+4)
资助期限：本科4学年、预科+本科资助5年
报名条件:
1、申请者须为非中国籍,年龄25周岁以下,具有高中学历;
2、申请本科汉语水平须达到HSK三级180分, HSKK中级60分;
3、须与汉办签订协议。
资助办法:
1、免学费、住宿费，发放生活费2500元人民币/月;
2、每学年提供1次往返本国居住地与就读院校最近距离飞机经济舱机票。
注：入学后，所有奖学金生须参加年度评审，学习成绩和汉语水平测试达到评审要求后方可在第二学年继续享受奖学金。
三. 短期汉语强化培训(一学年/一学期)
资助期限：一学年11个月，一学期5个月
报名条件:
1、申请者须为非中国籍,中文及相关专业在校生,无来华留学经历;
2、申请一学年汉语水平须达到HSK三级180分, HSKK初级60分;
3、申请一学期汉语水平须达到HSK二级120分, HSKK初级60分。
资助办法:
免学费、住宿费，发放生活费2500元人民币/月。
五、申请办法
第一步：填写在线申请表
申请者登录奖学金网站（http://cis.chinese.cn），注册、填写《孔子学院奖学金申请表》并按要求上传有关证明材料电子扫描件。
* 选择1+4项目的申请者，请选择“本科生”，并在中文姓名后备注“1+4” ，如“王伟1+4”
* 请所有申请者在“是否汉办师资处项目？”中勾选“是”
第二步：联系“推荐机构”进行网上推荐
关于推荐机构：
1、推荐机构主要有以下几种：
1）运营半年以上的孔子学院/独立设置的孔子课堂: 通过www.hanban.org查询
2）具有奖学金推荐权的汉语水平考试(HSK)考点：通过www.chinesetest.cn查询
3）“汉语桥”比赛海外赛区主办机构：中国驻外使（领）馆教育、文化处（组）、孔子学院及相关教育机构，请咨询chinesebridge@hanban.org
2、申请者选择推荐机构并提交在线申请后，请联系推荐机构进行网上推荐。
第三步：寄送纸质版申请材料
1.《孔子学院奖学金申请表》
2. 护照照片页扫描件。
*未满18周岁的申请者，须由其父母正式委托在华常住的外国人或中国人作为该外国学生的监护人，并提交监护人保证书公证材料。
3．HSK、HSKK成绩报告（有效期2年）扫描件。不接受网上成绩。
*来华参加“汉语桥”复赛获奖者可提供“汉语桥”获奖证书和“孔子学院奖学金证书”。
4. 推荐机构负责人签发的推荐信
5. 最高学历证明（毕业预期证明）和在校学习成绩单。
*毕业预期证明或在校学习证明、成绩单，如非中文或英文证明，需提供相应的公证文件；最高学历证明和成绩单需要盖章原件，复印件及彩色复印件不受理。
6. 申请者个人陈述（汉语学习背景、来华学习计划及目标等）。请用中文或者英文书写，打印并附申请人签名。
7.《外国人体各检查记录》复印件。此表格由中国卫生检疫部门统一印制，须用英文填写。缺项、未贴有本人照片或照片上未盖骑缝章、无医师和医院签字盖章的《外国人体格检查记录》无效。

第四步：等候视频面试通知
华东师范大学对外汉语学院将为通过审核的本科、硕士项目同学组织面试。面试可为skype视频面试或者现场面试。面试时间将通过邮件与电话通知，请确保提供有效的联系方式。
六、注意事项
1、不受理申请材料传真件。 2、不受理申请材料不全者的申请。 3、无论申请人是否被录取，上述申请材料恕不退还。
4、申请材料弄虚作假，或非本人填写提交的，一经查实，申请资格将被取消。
5、获奖者因故不能报到，应在报到日前15天书面告知接收院校并注明原因。无故未报到者，取消奖学金资格。
6、入学体检不合格，或中途退学、休学者，奖学金资格将被取消。
