I. Целевые получатели, срок действия и критерии отбора на получение стипендий
Стипендии для студентов бакалавриата предлагаются тем, кто подает заявку на получение степени бакалавра в Харбинском нормальном университете на четыре академических года. Претенденты должны иметь академическую квалификацию, эквивалентную окончанию старшей средней школы в Китае, иметь отличную успеваемость и быть не старше 25 лет.
Стипендии для поступления в магистратуру: для тех, кто поступает в магистратуру Харбинского нормального университета, продолжительность обучения составляет 3 академических года. Претенденты должны иметь степень бакалавра, отличную успеваемость и рекомендацию двух профессоров или доцентов, принимаются в Харбинский нормальный университет после сдачи вступительных экзаменов в университет, а их возраст должен быть не старше 35 лет.
Стипендии для докторантов: предоставляются абитуриентам, поступающим в Харбинский нормальный университет для получения докторской степени с периодом профессионального обучения 3-4 академических года. Претенденты должны иметь степень магистра, отличную успеваемость и рекомендации двух профессоров или доцентов, будут приняты в университет после сдачи вступительного экзамена в университет, а их возраст не должен превышать 40 лет.
II. Содержание стипендии
Стипендия правительства провинции Хэйлунцзян обеспечивает студентов регистрационным взносом, платой за обучение, платой за базовые учебники, платой за проживание и комплексной медицинской страховкой. Расходы на международные поездки и проживание оплачиваются за свой счет. Студенты-стипендиаты, которые просят провести эксперименты или стажировки, выходящие за рамки учебной программы школы, будут нести ответственность за свои расходы.
Период подачи заявки
Кандидаты могут получить проспект о зачислении на следующий год в приемной комиссии для иностранных студентов в декабре каждого года и подать все документы до 1 апреля.
