1. 奖学金内容和标准
南京理工大学自2014年开始设置南京市政府-南理工联合奖学项目，2018年提供220个奖学金名额，用于鼓励和资助优秀来华留学生来南京理工大学攻读学位和汉语预科学习。奖学金类别分为：
1. 全额奖学金（博士研究生40名，硕士研究生40名，本科生50名）
免学费。
免费提供校内住宿，一般为双人间；已婚带家属的全奖研究生申请校外住宿的，经学校批准，可享受校外住宿补贴，标准为：博士研究生1500元/月、硕士研究生750元/月。
提供综合医疗保险。
发放生活费。标准为：博士生3000元/月，硕士生2000元/月，本科生无。
2. 部分奖学金（硕士研究生20名，本科生50名）
免学费。
提供综合医疗保险。
3. 汉语预科生奖学金（20名）
一次性减免学年学费5000元。申请汉语授课的研究生申请人如未能达到专业要求的HSK汉语水平，可增加一年在南京理工大学的汉语预科学习。预科期间研究生申请人只享受汉语生奖学金，即一次性学费减免5000元，研究生专业课程期间才能享受相应奖学金资助内容和标准。
2. 开放专业

3. 申请人资格
1) 申请人须为非中国籍公民，身心健康，对华友好。
2) 学历和年龄要求：申请人须取得所申报学位的上一级学历及学位证书，年龄原则上申请攻读博士学位者不超过40周岁、申请攻读硕士学位者不超过35周岁、申请学士学位者不超过28周岁。
3) 学业成绩优良：学习成绩须达到百分制的80分以上。
4) 语言要求：申请英文授课奖学金生，雅思成绩研究生须在6.5以上，本科生须在6.0以上；新托福成绩（满分120）研究生须在90分以上，本科生须在80分以上；申请中文授课奖学金生，HSK成绩须在5级以上。
5) 已获得其他奖学金的学生恕不接受申请。

2018年5月30日前。

6. 申请所需材料
须邮寄的申请材料包括以下几种纸质材料
6) 《来华留学生南京市—南理工联合奖学金申请表》完成版。此表由网上申请后自动生成。
7) 护照复印件。
8) 经过公证的最高学历证明复印件。如申请人为在校学生，须另外提交本人就读学校出具的在学证明及预期毕业时间。中英文以外文本须附经公证的中文或英文的译文。
9) 学习成绩单。中英文以外文本须附经公证的中文或英文的译文。如申请人为已在中国大陆就读的在校学生，须另外提交本人就读学校出具的在学证明和同意转学证明。
10) 语言成绩证明：英文授课申请者须提供雅思成绩单复印件或托福成绩单复印件；中文授课申请者须提供HSK证书复印件。
11) 学习和研究计划或自我陈述。要求不少于800字，用中文或英文撰写，内容主要包括个人学习、工作经历、来华留学动机、专业选择理由、学术研究成果、拟选择的研究领域及研究计划等。
12) 推荐信（中文或英文）。拟攻读硕士和博士学位者，须提交毕业院校2名教授或副教授的推荐信；拟攻读本科学位者，须提交2份高中老师推荐信。
13) 如有发表的学术性文章或学术成果（研究生）。
14) 导师接收函。建议拟攻读硕士和博士学位者自行与拟研究专业的我校指导教授联系，请导师填写《导师接收函》NJUST导师拟接收函（中英对照）.doc。了解导师信息，请访问：http://gs.njust.edu.cn/dsjs/list.htm。
15) 《外国人体格检查表》复印件。点击《Foreigner Physical Examination Form》下载，英文填写。申请人应严格按照《外国人体格检查表》中要求的项目进行检查。缺项、未贴本人照片或照片上未盖骑缝章、无医师和医院签字盖章的《外国人体格检查表》无效。检查结果有效期为6个月。
以上材料请按上述顺序在左上角装订成册（一式两册）。无论录取与否，申请材料均不返还。
