一、奖学金提供的对象、期限和申请条件
本科生奖学金,向申请到哈尔滨师范大学攻读学士学位者提供,专业学习期限为4学年。申请人应具有相当于中国高级中学毕业的学历，学习成绩优秀，年龄不超过25周岁。
硕士研究生奖学金：向申请到哈尔滨师范大学攻读硕士学位者提供，专业学习期限为3学年。申请人应具有学士学位，学习成绩优秀，并有两名教授或副教授的推荐，通过我校的入学考核后将被我校录取，年龄在35周岁以下。
博士研究生奖学金：向申请到哈尔滨师范大学攻读博士学位者提供，专业学习期限为3-4学年。申请人应具有硕士学位，学习成绩优秀，并有两名教授或副教授的推荐，通过我校的入学考核将被我校录取，年龄在40周岁以下。
二、奖学金内容
黑龙江省政府奖学金将为学生提供注册费、学费、基本教材费、住宿费、综合医疗保险。国际旅费和生活费自理。奖学金生如要求进行超出学校教学计划的实验或实习，所需费用由本人自理。
三、申请时间
申请人可在每年12月向留学生招生办公室索取次年的招生简章，并在4月1日前递交所有材料。
