I. Target penerima, jangka waktu dan kriteria kelayakan beasiswa
Beasiswa untuk mahasiswa S1 ditawarkan bagi mereka yang mendaftar untuk gelar sarjana di Harbin Normal University untuk jangka waktu empat tahun akademik. Pelamar harus memiliki kualifikasi akademik yang setara dengan kelulusan sekolah menengah atas di China, memiliki prestasi akademik yang sangat baik dan berusia tidak lebih dari 25 tahun.
Beasiswa S2: bagi mereka yang mendaftar untuk jenjang S2 di Harbin Normal University, durasi studi adalah 3 tahun akademik. Pelamar harus memiliki gelar sarjana, prestasi akademik yang sangat baik dan rekomendasi dari dua profesor atau profesor madya, dan akan diterima di Universitas setelah lulus ujian masuk Universitas, dan berusia di bawah 35 tahun.
Beasiswa Doktoral: ditawarkan kepada pelamar yang mendaftar ke Harbin Normal University untuk meraih gelar doktoral dengan masa studi profesional 3-4 tahun akademik. Pelamar harus memiliki gelar master, prestasi akademik yang sangat baik dan rekomendasi dari dua profesor atau profesor madya, dan akan diterima di universitas setelah lulus ujian masuk universitas, dan berusia di bawah 40 tahun.
II. Isi Beasiswa
Beasiswa Pemerintah Provinsi Heilongjiang akan menyediakan biaya pendaftaran, biaya kuliah, biaya buku teks dasar, biaya akomodasi, dan asuransi kesehatan yang komprehensif. Biaya perjalanan internasional dan biaya hidup ditanggung sendiri. Mahasiswa penerima beasiswa yang ingin melakukan eksperimen atau magang di luar program pengajaran sekolah akan bertanggung jawab atas biaya sendiri.
Periode Pendaftaran
Pelamar dapat memperoleh prospektus pendaftaran untuk tahun berikutnya dari Kantor Penerimaan Mahasiswa Internasional pada bulan Desember setiap tahun dan menyerahkan semua dokumen sebelum 1 April.
