奖学金内容和标准：温州大学大学自2016年开始设置校长奖学金项目，每年提供100个奖学金名额，以吸引具备优秀的语言能力和专业背景的大学毕业生来校攻读、全英文授课本科和硕士课程。该类奖学金在第一年免除学费和住宿费免除；第二学年到毕业学年，根据I类奖学金生前一学年在校行为表现、学业成绩和能力素质，每年进行评审。等级和颁发金额为：
一等奖学金：一学年学费、住宿费全额减免；
二等奖学金：一学年学费2/3免除，住宿费50%免除；
三等奖学金：一学年学费1/3免除。
开放专业：针对所有专业
申请人资格：
1. 外国国籍公民，身体健康；
2. 承诺遵守中国法律、法规和学校规章制度，品行端正、对华友好；
3. 申请就读本科者须高中毕业，年龄一般不超过25岁；申请攻读硕士学位者须已获得学士学位，年龄一般不超过40岁；
4. 学习态度端正，学业成绩优良；
5. 申请人须已被温州大学录取为当年新生。
申请日期：须在每年5月10日之前（注：普通学位生申请入学截止时间为每年7月底）向相应的留学生办公室提交以下申请材料：
申请人所需材料：
6. 《温州大学外国留学生A类奖学金申请表》，用中文或英文填写；
7. 经过公证的最高学历证明，如申请人为在校学生，需另外提交本人就读学校出具的在学证明，非中、英文本需附上经过公证的中文或英文的译文；
8. 在读学校提供的正式学习成绩单，非中、英文本需附上经过公证的中文或英文的译文；
9. 个人申请陈述，内容包括个人学习和工作经历、学习目的和计划、研究方向及毕业后个人发展等方面，用中文或英文书写；
10. 毕业院校两名教授或副教授的推荐信，用中文或英文书写；
11. 申请学习设计专业的学生，须提供本人作品；
12. 健康证明（复印件），非中、英文本需附上经过公证的中文或英文的译文；
13. 其他证明自己优秀表现的证书或材料，非中、英文本需附上经过公证的中文或英文的译文。
