三、申请人资格
1. 申请人需为一带一路国家国籍学生，身体健康，持有效外国护照，遵守中国政府的法律、法规和学校的规章制度。
2. 申请攻读博士学位研究生须具有硕士学位，年龄一般在40周岁以下。
3. 申请人的学业成绩、学术水平以及语言能力等条件须达到所申请专业的入学要求。
4. 申请人品德良好，在本国和中国均无违法犯罪行为或不良信用记录，有可靠的经济保证和在华事务担保人。
四、申请日期
每年申请截止日期为4月15日。
五、申请材料
1. 北京工商大学外国留学生入学申请表》（直接从“北京工商大学外国留学生在线报名系统http://admission.btbu.edu.cn”打印，请务必上传照片）；
2. 个人简历；
3. 经认证的最高学历证明和学习成绩单；博士研究生申请者需提供硕士及本科成绩单；
4. 普通护照（有效期内）首页复印件；
5. 外国人体格检查记录》鉴于检查结果有效期为6个月，申请人据此确定本人进行体检的时间；（可从BTBU在线申请系统下载）；
6. 申请采用汉语授课的学科门类的学历生，需提交汉语考试（HSK5级或新HSK4级210分以上）原件或复印件； （如有其它特殊免除提交材料要求的,根据实际情况执行。）
7. 申请完全采用英语授课的学科专业，申请人母语为非英语者，需提交TOEFL网考70分以上或雅思5.5以上的成绩单、成绩证明或其它能体现自身英语水平的证明；
8. 中国政府奖学金申请表（北京工商大学CSC系统代码：10011）
9. 两封推荐信；
10. 本人学习计划(大于400字)；
11. 论文初稿；
12. 以上所有非中英文材料均需提供经认证的中文或英文翻译件。
六、申请流程
1. 申请者向北京工商大学提出申请并提交材料
2. 北京工商大学审核材料并安排面试
3. 北京工商大学向国家留学基金委推荐符合条件的申请者
4. 国家留学基金委复核并通知北京工商大学录取结果并发放相关录取材料
5. 北京工商大学通知学生录取结果并邮寄录取材料。
