Scholarship Details
一、奖学金简介
为进一步促进福建教育国际交流与合作，推动福建来华留学教育事业健康发展，福建省政府自 2012 年起设立“外国留学生奖学金项目”。其中，“高校自主招收外国留学生项目”面向外籍本科、硕士、博士生开放, 由各高校自主推荐，每年约25名，资助年限1学年。该项奖学金包括学费、宿舍费等。
二、申请人资格
1．申请者须为身体健康的非中国籍公民。
2．申请人的学历和年龄要求：
① 本科：高中毕业以上学历，年龄不超过30周岁；
② 硕士：大学本科毕业以上学历，年龄不超过35周岁；
③ 博士：硕士毕业以上学历，年龄不超过40周岁。

四、申请时间：2018年2月1日-5月10日
五、申请程序
“福建省政府外国留学生奖学金项目”申请者必须在申请我校相关专业并被我校录取后，才具备参与奖学金评选的资格。
1. 符合条件的申请者填写《福建省政府外国留学生奖学金项目申请表》。
2. 网上报名：申请者登陆“厦门大学国际学生网上报名系统”（http://admissions.xmu.edu.cn/application/）完成网上报名并下载打印网报后自动生成的《厦门大学国际学生入学申请表》。
3. 寄送申请材料：请将《厦门大学2018年国际学生本科/硕士/博士招生简章》中要求的申请我校的材料连同《福建省政府外国留学生奖学金项目申请表》和《厦门大学国际学生入学申请表》在上述截止日期前寄（送）达厦门大学招生办公室。若从中国境内寄送申请资料，建议使用中国邮政EMS，以确保资料及时、准确寄达我校。（通讯地址：中国福建省思明区厦门大学招生办公室；邮编：361005；电话：+86 (0)592 2184792）
★ 申请者本人应保持电话或手机畅通并定期查收邮箱信件和申请账户，我办将根据实际情况与申请者保持联系。
六、遴选程序及结果公布
本科申请者持有SAT成绩、IB文凭、GCE A-level成绩、UEC成绩且成绩优异者，研究生申请者毕业于世界知名大学，来自我校校际/院际交流院校、或获得资深教授（专家）的推荐将被优先考虑。我校将组织专家综合考虑申请者的学业成绩、语言能力、学术水平、科研成果和导师意见，从申请者中择优选拔奖学金候选人报学校领导审批，并报送福建省教育厅进行最终审核。
我校将在国际学生招生网上公布获奖名单并将通过电子邮件通知奖学金获得者。
