Scholarship Details
一、优秀新生奖学金颁发对象
即将在浙江科技学院学习的外籍本科学历生、硕士学历生以及汉语言进修生，申请者需身体健康。
二、优秀新生奖学评定的条件
1、学业成绩优良（申请者需提供其最高学历证明以及成绩单）；
2、申请汉语言进修的学生学习期限一年或以上；
3、申请汉语授课专业学习的学历生需获得汉语水平考试HSK6级以上证书；
4、申请英语授课专业学习的学历生需提供雅思考试（IELTS）或托福考试（TOEFL）或GRE考试或PET考试的证书，或者需参加浙江科技学院统一组织的新生入学英语考试并取得优良成绩。
优秀新生奖学金获得者在享受优秀新生奖学金期间不能重复申请优秀学历生奖学金、优秀汉语言进修生奖学金和学业勤奋奖，但是可以申请除此之外的其他奖学金。
三、优秀新生奖学金资助等级及名额
优秀新生奖学金分成三等：
一等奖资助额度为一学年学费的100%；
二等奖资助额度为一学年学费的70%；
三等奖资助额度为一学年学费的50%。
优秀新生获奖名额比例如下：一等奖学金、二等奖学金、三等奖学金获得者的比例新生人数的2%、4%和6%。
四、优秀新生奖学金申请材料
1.《浙江科技学院外国留学生新生奖学金申请表》，用中文或英文填写；
2.经过公证的最高学历证明。如申请人为在校学生，需另外提交本人就读学校出具的在学证明。非中、英文本需附上经公证的相应的中文或英文的译文；
3.经过公证的学习成绩单；
4.毕业院校的推荐信，用中文或英文书写；
5.健康证明（复印件）；
6.汉语水平考试6级以上证书（针对申请汉语授课专业的申请者）；
7.雅思考试（IELTS）5.5分及以上的证书或托福考试（TOEFL）80分及以上的证书或GRE考试1400分及以上的证书或PET三级及以上的证书，或者参加浙江科技学院新生入学英语考试取得优良成绩的证明（针对申请英语授课专业的申请者）。
五、优秀新生奖学金申请程序
申请秋季入学优秀新生奖学金的申请者，需在每年的5月30日提交申请材料至留学生中心招生办，申请春季入学优秀新生奖学金的申请者，需在每年的12月10日前提交申请材料至留学生中心招生办，逾期将不予受理。
留学生中心组织优秀新生奖学金的初选，对收到的申请材料进行审核，并将通过初选的学生材料推送至浙江科技学院奖学金评审委员会评审，得出最终名单并公示。留学生中心须在第一学期末对获得新生奖学金的外国留学生的学习成绩、学习态度、行为表现进行评审。第一学期出现成绩不合格课程或缺课（包括病假、事假、旷课）达到20课时或出现缺考、考试作弊现象或受到警告及以上纪律处分的学生不能享受第二学期的新生奖学金。通过评审的学生将继续享受第二学期的新生奖学金。
