Scholarship Details
一、奖学金介绍
为增进中国人民与世界各国人民的相互了解和友谊，发展中国与世界各国在各领域的交流与合作，中国政府设立奖学金，资助世界各国优秀学生、教师、学者到中国的大学学习或开展研究。中国教育部委托国家留学基金管理委员会（以下简称“国家留学基金委”）负责中国政府奖学金生的招生录取和管理等工作。 目前有279所中国大学承担中国政府奖学金生的培养任务。学科门类覆盖理学、工学、农学、医学、经济学、法学、管理学、教育学、历史学、文学、哲学、艺术学等。

三、奖学金内容（全额）：
●免交报名费、学费和校内住宿费；
●提供奖学金生活费（博士￥3500元/月，硕士￥3000元/月, 本科生￥2500元/月）；
●提供中国政府奖学金来华留学生综合医疗保险；
四、开放专业
●东北师范大学所有专业对下列奖学金项目开放：

五、申请人资格
1.非中国籍公民，身体健康；
2.学历和年龄要求：
●来华学习本科专业者，须具有高中毕业学历，成绩优秀，年龄不超过25岁；
●来华攻读硕士学位者，须具有学士学位，年龄不超过35岁；
●来华攻读博士学位者，须具有硕士学位，年龄不超过40岁；
●作为普通进修生来华学习者，须具有高中毕业以上学历，年龄不超过45岁；
●作为高级进修生来华学习者，须具有硕士以上学位或副教授以上职称，年龄不超过50岁。
六、申请流程/途径
●国别双边项目：
1.向本国留学生派遣部门提交申请并取得推荐资格；
2.如需学校的预录取通知书，请联系我校；
3.登录“国家留学基金委来华留学网上报名系统”（登录http://www.csc.edu.cn/laihua或 http://www.campuschina.org 后，点击“网上报名学生入口”图标进入），网上填写并在线提交申请信息，打印《中国政府奖学金申请表》。“国家留学基金委来华留学网上报名系统”操作说明和“受理机构编号”可向本国留学生派遣部门咨询和索取，东北师范大学的编码是10200。
4.在规定时间内将申请材料提交至本国留学生派遣部门。
注：国家留学基金委不受理个人的直接申请。国家留学基金委有权对未获得预录取通知书的申请人的申请院校进行必要调整。
●中国高校自主招生项目、丝绸之路高校奖学金项目、 上海合作组织大学奖学金项目：
1.在东北师范大学留学东师网站（http://iso.nenu.edu.cn）查询当年的项目招生通知；
2.登录“国家留学基金委来华留学网上报名系统”（登录http://www.csc.edu.cn/laihua或 http://www.campuschina.org后，点击“网上报名学生入口”图标进入），网上填写并在线提交申请信息，打印《中国政府奖学金申请表》。相关表格的填写，请参照当年东北师范大学留学东师网站通知。
3.准备我校要求的其他所需资料。
4.在规定时间内将申请材料提交至东北师范大学国际合作与交流处留学生科。
七、申请所需材料
1.用中文或英文填写的《中国政府奖学金申请表》（此表为上述网上申请后自动生成）
2.护照复印件
3.经公证的最高学历证明。如申请人为应届毕业生，需另外提交本人就读学校出具的在学证明和预计毕业证明，获得毕业证书后需补交。中英文以外文本需附经公证的中文或英文的译文；
4.经公证的毕业证书和学位证书的复印件和英文翻译件；
5.经公证的成绩单和英文翻译件；
6.来华学习和研究计划（不少于800字），用中文或英文书写；
7.须提交两名教授的推荐信，用中文或英文书写；
8.《外国人体格检查记录》(此表可从网站http://www.csc.edu.cn/laihua/upload/file/2012-02-21/201202215236.pdf下载）和血液检查报告复印件，原件请于来华时随身携带。
9.申请中文授课的专业，需提供HSK5级成绩单，或申请汉补。
注：
●不受理申请材料传真件
●《中国政府奖学金申请表》等材料不可手写，需要打印。
●无论申请人是否被录取，上述申请材料恕不退还。
●录取的最终结果将会于7月底在留学东师网站上公布（http://iso.nenu.edu.cn）
●我们将通过电子邮件与申请人联络 。
八、受理部门
1.中国高校自主招生项目由东北师范大学受理。
2.国别双边项目-申请人向所在国留学生派遣部门提出申请。
3.丝绸之路高校奖学金项目由东北师范大学受理。
4.上海合作组织大学奖学金项目由东北师范大学受理。
