Scholarship Details
为促进我校留学生教育事业的发展，吸引更多的优秀外国留学生来我校学习，遵循“公平、公正、公开”的原则进行评选和奖励。鼓励品学兼优的外国留学生勤奋学习，努力进取，特设立“哈尔滨工程大学外国留学生奖学金”（以下简称HEU奖学金）。
一、评选范围
凡申请来校学习的外籍留学生（含校际交换或联合培养留学生）均有资格申请HEU奖学金。
二、奖励对象
（一）申请来我校攻读学位，品学兼优的优秀留学生；
（二）通过校际交换或联合培养来我校学习一个学期或两个学期，品学兼优的优秀留学生。
三、HEU奖学金种类
（一）全额奖学金：免学费并提供生活费（生活费标准：本科生2000元人民币/人/月；硕士生3000元人民币/人/月；博士生3500元人民币/人/月）；
（二）一等奖学金：免全部学费；
（三）二等奖学金：免50%学费。
四、申请条件
（一）申请人必须为非中国籍学生，身体健康；
（二）对中国友好，尊重我国的社会公德和风俗习惯；
（三）遵守中国法律及我校各项规章制度，品行端正；
（四）勤奋好学，学习成绩优秀。
五、申请材料
申请人必须如实填写和提交以下申请材料（均为一式两份）
（一）本科生
1．填写完整的《哈尔滨工程大学外国留学生入学申请表》(DOWNLOAD)；
2．填写完整的《HEU外国留学生奖学金申请表》(DOWNLOAD)；
3．护照复印件；
4．新HSK 4级以上（含4级）证书；
5．经公证的高中或专科毕业证书（非HEU在校生）、成绩单；
6. 报名费400元人民币。
7. 《外国人体格检查记录》(复印件，原件自行保留)(DOWNLOAD)：此表格由中国卫生检疫部门统一印制，仅限于来华学习时间超过6个月者，须用英文填写。申请人应严格按照《外国人体格检查记录》中要求的项目进行检查。缺项、未贴有本人照片或照片上未盖骑缝章、无医师和医院签字盖章的《外国人体格检查记录》无效。鉴于检查结果有效期为6个月，请申请人据此确定本人进行体检的时间；
（二）硕、博研究生
1. 填写完整的《哈尔滨工程大学外国留学生入学申请表》(DOWNLOAD)；
2. 填写完整的《HEU外国留学生奖学金申请表》(DOWNLOAD)；
3．经过公证的最高学历证明及毕业证复印件。如申请人为在校学生或已就业，需另外提交本人就读学校出具的在学证明或就业单位出具的在职证明。中英文以外文本需附经公证的中文或英文的译文；
3.申请硕士、博士的学生须提供学习成绩单。中英文以外文本需附经公证的中文或英文的译文；
4.来华学习和研究计划（不少于800字），用中文或英文书写，并本人签名（DOWNLOAD）；
5.申请攻读硕士、博士学位者，须提交两名教授或副教授的推荐信，用中文或英文书写；
6.护照复印件；
7. 报名费400元人民币。

上述申请材料由申请人于每年5月31日前寄送到哈尔滨工程大学国际交流与合作处留学生办公室。

无论录取与否，申请人材料均不退还。如因特殊原因，部分资料无法送达请及时说明。
六、申请时间 ：2018年5月8日-5月31日（17：00之前）
七、评选标准
（一）申请全额奖学金平均成绩需达到 85分以上（含85分），申请一等奖学金平均成绩需达到 80分以上（含80分），申请二等奖学金平均成绩需达到 75分以上（含75分）；
（二）积极参加各类艺术、体育及文化交流活动，成绩显著并获得校级以上（含校级）奖项者优先。参加专业竞赛，获省级（含省级）以上奖项者优先；
（三）积极参加重大公益活动，或积极参加各类社会实践活动及社会工作，且表现突出者优先；
（四）在国际相关刊物上发表论文者优先。
八、获奖学生如有违反中国法律及学校有关管理制度的行为，学校将取消其下一年度评选资格。
