Scholarship Details
I. Scholarship content and criteria
1. First Class Scholarship: Tuition and accommodation fees are exempted and living expenses are provided (Undergraduates: RMB 600-1000; Master's degree students: RMB 1000-1200; Doctoral degree students: RMB 1200-1500) Living expenses are calculated on a 10-month basis.
2. Second Class Scholarship: Free of tuition and accommodation fees.
3. Third Class Scholarship: Tuition free
4. Fourth-class scholarship: 50% tuition waiver
II. Requirements for applicants
Applicants must have foreign nationality, hold foreign passports, be in good health and friendly to China; abide by the laws and regulations of the Chinese government and the rules and regulations of the university; have good academic performance and outstanding overall performance.
Applicant's education and age requirements:
1. Doctoral students: they must have a master's degree or above, and their age is generally not more than 40 years old.
2.Master's degree students: they must have a university degree or above, and their age is generally not more than 35 years old.
3.Undergraduates and specialists: they must have graduated from high school or above, and their age generally does not exceed 30 years old.

VI. Materials required for application
1、Scholarship Application Form of Guizhou University for Nationalities (attached).
2、Personal passport copy.
3、Proof of highest education and degree (e.g. diploma, etc.).
4. Proof of school grades and performance issued by the school attended.
5、If the duration of study is more than 6 months (including 6 months), it is necessary to produce "Foreigner's Physical Examination Record" (uniformly printed by China's health and quarantine department).
6. Applicants for degree study or research should provide study plan (not less than 400 words) or research plan (not less than 800 words).
7. Applicants under the age of 18 shall submit relevant legal documents of their legal guardians in China.
