Scholarship Details
为进一步推动上海市外国留学生教育事业的发展，支持和鼓励更多的外国优秀学生、学者来我校学习，根据《上海市外国留学生政府奖学金申请试行办法》的有关规定，结合我校实际情况，特制订本办法。
申请对象
1.A类奖学金（全额奖学金）
申请来华东师范大学接受研究生教育的优秀外国留学生(博士、硕士、本科)
2.B类奖学金（部分奖学金）
申请来华东师范大学接受学历教育的优秀外国留学生（博士、硕士、本科）
注：本科申请者，若汉语水平达不到入专业要求，可以预科学习汉语一年，预科期间享受全额奖学金待遇，预科学习结束后若还达不到入专业要求，按汉语进修生结业
奖学金内容
1. A类奖学金（全额奖学金）：
免交学费、住宿费，提供综合医疗与意外事故保险，按月发给奖学金生活费,本科生每月2500元，硕士研究生每月3000元，博士研究生每月3500元。
2. B类奖学金（部分奖学金）：
免交学费，提供综合医疗与意外事故保险
申请人资格
申请人须为非中国籍公民，身体健康；
来华攻读学士学位者，具有相当于中国高中毕业学历，年龄不超过25周岁；
来华攻读硕士学位者，须具有学士学位，年龄不超过35周岁；
在华攻读博士学位者，须具有硕士学位，年龄不超过40周岁。
申请时间：
2018年4月1日-2018年5月15日
评审流程：
1. 学校成立"上海市外国留学生政府奖学金"评审委员会，成员由留学生办公室、教务处、研究生院、财务处相关负责人，以及相关院系教授组成留学生办公室负责具体事务。
2. 留学生办公室对申请人的资格、申请条件进行认定后，将符合申请条件的申请者名单和材料报各学院审核并提出意见。
3. 评审委员会将根据学院评审意见以及对申请者的材料进行审核（必要时可组织学生进行面试），评审工作将本着"公平、公正"的原则，最终确定获得奖学金学生名单，上报学校领导审批。
4. 留学生办公室将分别公布各类奖学金的评审结果，评定结果将在留学生办公室网站公布，同时以书面形式通知奖学金获得者本人。
申请方法
首先进行网上申请（请登录www.study-shanghai.org），华东师范大学招生机构代码为 10269。网上申请成功后，请将以下纸质材料交寄到华东师范大学留学生办公室：
1.《上海市政府奖学金申请表》，请在网上提交申请后自动生成申请表并打印；
2.经过公证的最高学历证明。申请人如果为在校应届毕业生，需提交本人就读学校出具的在学证明和预毕业证明（获得证书后需补交）。非中、英文本需附上经公证的相应的中文或英文的译文；
3. 学习成绩单。非中、英文本需附上经公证的中文或英文的译文；
4. 来华学习研究计划（不少于1000字），用中文或英文书写；
5. 申请汉语授课项目应提供HSK5级以上汉语水平考试证书（复印件），本科申请者未达到HSK5级请提供已有HSK证书并可申请一年汉语补习；申请英文授课项目应提供雅思、托福或其他英文水平证明；
6. 拟攻读硕士和博士学位者，应提交两名教授或副教授的推荐信，用中文或英文书写；
7. 申请学习音乐专业和申请学习美术专业的学生，须提供本人作品；
8. 健康证明(复印件)。
9. 材料受理费： 800RMB。
请通过银行汇款至如下账户，汇款凭证应与申请材料一同寄到。
注：
●不受理申请材料传真件。
●申请材料不全或未付申请费，不被受理。
●无论申请人是否被录取，上述申请材料恕不退还。
