Chongqing University Presidential Scholarship for International Students
Scholarship Details
为吸引优秀国际学生来校学习，重庆大学设立了国际学生校长奖学金。现将2018年该奖学金有关申请事项通知如下。
一、申请条件
1．申请来重庆大学攻读学位或进行研修至少三个月以上的外国籍人士；
2．身心健康，品学兼优，遵守中国法律法规和学校校纪校规。
3．未同时获得其他各类奖学金；
4．满足申请项目的录取要求；
5. 按时提交完整、真实、有效的申请材料。
二、奖学金类别、申请对象和资助内容
（一）全额奖学金
1. 申请对象：拟申请来重庆大学攻读博士、硕士及本科学位的外国籍新生。
2. 资助期限：录取时确定的学习年限。
3. 资助内容：
（1）免交注册费、学费；
（2）提供免费校内住宿或700元人民币/月的住宿补贴（按月发放）；
（3）提供生活费（按月发放），标准如下：
博士研究生：2,200元人民币/月
硕士研究生：1, 800元人民币/月
本科生：1,500元人民币/月
（4）提供国际学生综合医疗保险。
（二） 部分奖学金
1. 申请对象：拟申请来重庆大学攻读博士、硕士及本科学位的外国籍新生，以及拟来重庆大学研修三个月及以上的外国籍新生。
2. 资助期限：录取时确定的学习年限
3. 资助内容：
（1）免交注册费、学费；
（2）提供国际学生综合医疗保险。
三、申请材料
申请人必须如实填写和提交以下纸质申请材料（一式三份）：
1．《重庆大学国际学生校长奖学金申请表》，用中文或英文填写。
2．有效护照照片页扫描件。
3．经官方机构公证的最高学历证明、成绩单复印件。如申请者为在校学生或已就业，还需提供官方的在学证明或在职证明原件。中、英文以外的文件需附经官方公证机构公证的中文或英文的翻译文本。
4．来华学习和研究计划，用中文或英文书写。
5．两名教授或副教授的推荐信，用中文或英文书写（仅申请攻读硕士或博士学位的人员需提供）。
6．语言水平证明复印件。汉语授课专业申请者提供汉语水平考试（HSK）等级（4级及以上）证书或同等汉语能力证明材料。英语授课专业申请者提供TOEFL或IELTS成绩等英语能力证明材料（母语为英语者无须提供）。
7．《外国人体格检查表》：此表格由中国卫生检疫部门统一印制，须用英文填写。申请人应严格按照《外国人体格检查记录》中要求的项目进行检查。缺项、未贴有本人照片或照片上未盖骑缝章、无医师和医院签字盖章的《外国人体格检查记录》无效。
无论录取与否，申请人材料均不退还。
四、申请截止时间
2018年 5月31日。
五、其他
1．奖学金期限与录取专业的学制相同，具体与录取通知书上规定的学习时间一致，不能延长。研修生最多只能享受一次奖学金。
2．学习期限在一学年以上的奖学金生须参加年度评审。学习成绩优秀、表现良好、通过年度评审者，继续享受下一年度奖学金。
未通过年度评审者，取消奖学金资格。
3．申请者在收到奖学金获取通知后，需按通知要求及时反馈是否接受奖学金，并按时到校报到注册。无故未按时报到、入学体检不合格、中途退学、休学者或经发现申请过程中存在欺瞒、伪造等弄虚作假行为者，将取消其奖学金资格。
4．奖学金生活费自奖学金生入学之日起由学校逐月定期发放。新生当月15日（含15日）之前注册的，发给全月奖学金生活费；15日以后注册的，发给半个月奖学金生活费。
