Scholarship Details
奖学金介绍
为吸引优秀外国留学生或学者到中国石油大学（北京）学习或从事科学研究，提高外国留学生教育质量，扩大学校的国际影响，北京市政府在中国石油大学设立“北京市外国留学生奖学金”项目。为做好此项奖学金的评审管理工作，制定本办法。
标准
1.北京市外国留学生奖学金” 一等奖
每学年学费为5000元人民币，其余学费减免。
2. “北京市外国留学生奖学金” 二等奖
按照我校留学生的学费标准，减免半个学年的学费，学费标准如下：
本科：13000元/年
硕士：15000元/年
博士：18000元/年

申请人资格
申请来我校攻读学士学位的本科生或攻读硕士、博士学位的研究生以及已经在我校学习的学历生，满足以下条件者，均有资格向我校申请“北京市外国留学生奖学金”。
1. 申请者须为非中国籍公民；
2. 申请者能够遵守中国法律及学校各项规章制度，身体健康，品行端正；
3. 年龄不超过45周岁；
4.申请者学业成绩达到我校奖学金生标准，成绩绩点GPA≧3.0；
5.申请中文授课项目的申请者应具有相应的汉语水平，并提供相关证明；母语非英语且申请英文授课项目的申请者英语须达到以下标准：IELTS≧6.5，TOEFL≧80（如曾经在本科或研究生学习期间有过两年或两年以上英文授课经历的，也可提交由学校出具的官方证明替代雅思或托福成绩）；鼓励母语或官方语言为英语的学生申请英语授课项目
凡有下列行为者不得申请“北京市外国留学生奖学金”：
1．违反中华人民共和国法律法规者；
2．违反中国石油大学校规校纪者；
3．违反社会公德并造成不良影响者。
