1.免注册费、学费；
2.提供校内免费住宿；
3.提供奖学金生活费；
4.提供来华留学生综合保险。

云南民族大学所有的本科、硕士和博士专业均可接受申请。
一、招生国别
以东南亚、南亚国家为主，兼顾其他国家。
l 招生类别及条件
1.汉语进修生：须具有高中毕业以上学历，年龄不超过35周岁；
2.本 科 生：须具有高中学历，成绩优秀，年龄不超过25周岁；
3.硕士研究生：须具有学士学位，成绩优秀，年龄不超过35周岁；
4.博士研究生：须具有硕士学位，成绩优秀，年龄不超过…周岁；
5.专业进修生：
申请上述云南省政府奖学金者应具有符合入学要求的相应汉语水平（注：以HSK成绩为准，汉语进修生除外）。
l 申请时间和申请途径
申请时间：2016年2月1日至2016年4月1日
申请途径：申请者须登录云南民族大学国际学院http://202.203.144.4:9001下载《云南省政府奖学金申请表》，填写相关信息。填写完毕后，连同下列申请材料一并于2016年4月2日前寄达我校。
l 申请材料
申请人必须如实填写和提交以下材料：
1.《云南省政府奖学金申请表》;（由云南省教育厅统一印制）原件及复印件各一份，用中文或英文填写，申请者必须签字确认。请登录http://202.203.144.4:9001下载《云南省政府奖学金申请表》表格。
2. 护照首页复印件；
3.经过公证的最高学历证明和学习成绩单；如申请人为在校学生或已就业，需另外提交本人就读学校出具的在学证明或就业单位出具的在职证明；中英文以外文本需附经公证的中文或英文译文；
4.申请攻读硕士学位者需出具两名教授 的推荐信；
5.HSK的成绩单；（注：应具有HSK3级以上的成绩单，汉语进修生除外）
6.来华学习计划（用中文或英文书写）；
7.《外国人体格检查记录》（由中国卫生检疫部门统一印制）复印件。
l 录取及通知
云南民族大学将组织校内专家组对申请人的申请材料进行评审，根据申报材料择优录取，并报云南省教育厅审核。7月初，云南民族大学向录取者寄发《录取通知书》、《外国留学人员来华签证申请表》及（JW202）等入学材料。
