一、招生类别
天津大学设立外国留学生奖学金，用以鼓励并资助优秀外国留学生到天津大学攻读本科、硕士及博士学位。
二、奖学金标准
一等奖学金（包括学费及生活费）
二等奖学金（包括学费）
三、资助专业
本科：汉语言、化学工程（英文授课）、药物科学（英文授课）、
硕士（英文授课）：化学工程、药物科学、机械工程、电子信息工程、土木工程/水利工程/船舶建筑与海洋工程、建筑学、风景园林、城市规划、软件工程
* 每年资助专业根据天津大学整体发展计划会有所变化。
四、申请人资格
1.非中国籍公民，身体健康；
2.申请人的学历和年龄要求：
来华攻读学士学位者，须具有高中毕业证，年龄需满18周岁且不超过35周岁；
来华攻读硕士学位者，须具有本科学历，年龄不超过40周岁；
来华攻读博士学位者，须具有硕士研究生学历，年龄不超过45周岁。
五、申请截止时间
每年6月底
六、申请材料
申请人必须如实填写和提交以下申请材料：
1．《天津大学外国留学生入学申请表》(点击下载申请表）、《天津大学外国留学生奖学金申请表》(点击下载申请表）《用中文或英文打字录入，并贴上照片；
2. 经过公证的最高学历证明。如申请人为在校学生，需提交本人就读学校出具的预计毕业证明，录取后需补交学历证明原件或公证件。如申请人已就业，需提交本人就业单位出具的在职证明。中英文以外文本需附经公证的中文或英文的译文；
3．学习成绩单。中英文以外文本需附经公证的中文或英文的译文；
4.护照复印件；
5.申请英文授课专业需提交英文考试证书，托福80分以上或雅思6.0以上（或通过天津大学面试）；
6.无犯罪记录证明；
7.申请攻读硕士学位和博士学位者，须提交《来华学习研究计划》，字数不少于800字，用中文或英文书写；
8. 申请攻读硕士学位者，须提交两名副教授以上职称专业教师的推荐信；申请攻读博士学位者，须提交两名教授的推荐信，用中文或英文书写。
七、申请程序
1. 申请人将《天津大学外国留学生入学申请表》、《天津大学外国留学生奖学金申请表》用中文或英文打字录入，并贴上照片同其他申请材料一式两份（一套原件，一套复印件）寄送至天津大学国际教育学院外国留学生招生办公室；
2. 天津大学国际教育学院外国留学生招生办公室收到申请材料后进行审核，并择优录取；
3. 天津大学每年七月公布最终录取者名单；
4. 天津大学将《录取通知书》和《外国留学人员来华签证申请表》（JW202表）寄送给被录取者；
5. 九月被录取人抵达天津大学报到。
