福建省政府外国留学生奖学金主要资助在福建省高校学习或准备申请在福建省高校学习的来华留学生。
招生类别
福建省所有招收外国留学生的全日制普通高等学校中正在申请或已在学习的外国博士研究生、硕士研究生、本科生和就读时间在一学期及以上的长期进修生。
申请要求

申请时间
申请人每年5月起向项目学校提出申请，具体申请时间由学校确定。
所需材料
1. 学校的推荐申请报告，含推荐名单；
2. 福建省政府外国留学生奖学金项目申请表；
3. 经过公证的最高学历证明和学习成绩单；
4. 学习时间在6个月以上者（含6个月）需出具《外国人体格检查记录》（由中国卫生检疫部门统一印制）；
5. 攻读学位或从事研修申请者应提供学习计划（不少于400字）或研究计划（不少于800字）；
6. 申请学习音乐、美术等艺术专业者应根据学校要求提交本人的有关作品；
7. 年龄不满18周岁的申请人，需提交在华法定监护人相关法律文件。
申请人所提交的申请材料均不予退回。
